The location was incredible, was really close to the heart of the city. Walking distance to the most of the places. The apartment was clean, the kitchen had everything, including free tea and coffee. The living room had one of the biggest TV I have ever seen in a hotel room. ACs were working well, it was like home. The staff was very helpful and informative, replied to our questions rapidly via WhatsApp. It is also very close to the bus station for Alhambra Palace (the bus number C32)(180 m away from the hotel: Plaza Isabel la Católica) It met our expectations and I would strongly recommend it. (For the ones who are planning to come by car: Parking is a big trouble in Granada but the staff provides suggestions about parking places. We appreciated it, we followed hotel's recommendation and parked in "Parking Gran Capitán". It is approximately 1,3 km walking distance and actually we kind of regretted it because of the distance when you consider the hot weather in Granada. I do not blame helpful staff but just saying that you may try other alternatives if it is possible.)

Everything about the apartment was great, but I believe I had to share that as a tiny criticization: everywhere was so clean but the bathroom.

This place was honestly perfect. The apartment is really beautiful, super spacious, and has everything you need, aircondition, comfortable beds, all the kitchen stuff, even hygiene products. It’s in a great area too, with loads of nice cafés and restaurants just around the corner, and only a few minutes walk to both the Alhambra and the Cathedral. But what really made it special was our host Ángel. Just incredibly helpful and kind the whole way through. That kind of hospitality isn’t something you forget. I’m definitely coming back here.

We stayed here for just one night, and the location is definitely a big plus — right in the busy center of Granada, very close to the Alhambra and other tourist attractions. The area is full of life, with shops, snacks, and street performers all around. It's a perfect spot if you enjoy being in the middle of the action. Check-in and check-out were extremely easy and done through a code system, which was very convenient. We had to find a place to stay at the last minute, since we extended our time in Granada, and the hosts kindly allowed us to check in several hours earlier than usual — which we really appreciated. However, getting there by car was a nightmare. We absolutely do not recommend arriving by car, as driving and parking in the area is extremely difficult. Fortunately, public transport is nearby and works well. The only major downside was the noise — it's a very loud area, especially at night. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this might not be the best choice. But if you love being in the heart of the city with everything at your doorstep, this place is great!

With a top-notch localization, we managed to visit all we were interested in by walking. The host is super kind and helpful, and the apartment is comfortable and pleasant. It's a great deal for a reasonable price. We were a group of 2 girls (separate beds and still having a living room was what we were looking for). I definitely will recommend it to our family and friends who would like to visit Granada.

There is nothing to add. Maybe more direct information would be helpful: We had to drive into a restricted area, and that's the reason why they need our car plates. :) (We just didn't realize it and felt a little stressed, but although it was midnight, the host helped and led us.)

A great apartment in a fantastic location! It's very spacious and comfortable. We especially love the view from the balcony -- the streets below and the distant mountains where Alhambra is located were so charming. It took only 20 minutes to get to Alhambra. The only downsides were the lack of a washing machine and no elevator -- the stairs were quite steep and narrow. However, once we stepped inside, the apartment more than made up for these minor inconveniences. I will definitely recommend it to everyone!

The location was great! The owner responded quickly to my questions and requests. Easy to access (no keys, just codes). Clear written and visual instructions on how to get there.

The noise from the main street below. Not enough toiletries provided at first (but they were quick to respond to our requests). I wish they had provided basic provisions for cooking (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, for example). There were no bedside lamps on the bedrooms, just a strong ceiling light. One bedroom had a window only looking down a light/ventilation "chute". However, the location, with so many interesting and vibrant places everywhere around made up for it.

During a tour of Andalusia in October, I spent a night in Granada with my husband in an apartment in the Reyes Catolicos complex. The property has a fast automatic check-in. The assistance via WhatsApp is very effective. The apartment is located in a building with a lift. The apartment was fantastic: very large, new, bright, well furnished and well equipped. In the living room there was a TV with a very large screen and the possibility of accessing Netflix, while in the bedroom there was a TV. The bed was large and very comfortable. The location is central 5 minutes walk from the cathedral. The quality/price ratio is excellent.

The apartment's location is perfect for exploring all of Granada on foot, and was very comfortable for a small family. We would return.

The only problem for us was the parking if you have a fairly large car. We have a Ford Grand C-max, which makes parking slightly difficult. But, the location of the apartment made it easy to visit the places we wanted to on foot.

The location was great. Lots near by in terms of good foods and convenient stores. The layout of the apartment was good. Had heating and cooling. Nice half-way spot between San Nicholas tower and Alhambra.

I got sent to the wrong room and given the code that let me walk in on other guests. That made me feel like maybe their door code security protocol wasn't very safe and someone could walk in on me. I thought I booked a place with an elevator, but it did not have one. Parking was a 10-15 min walk away which was very hard, and unloading and loading our car was difficult because there wasn't parking options near the door to the apartment.

The apartment is located in the centre, and it only takes you about 20 mins to get to Alhambra. Everything in the apartment is ready for the guests: towels, shower gel/ shampoo in the bathroom, all the kitchen utensils, including a coffee maker with coffee capsules. It was very cosy and warm. I would definitely recommend it.

Just our suggestion: to arrange 1-2 clothes hooks in the bathroom. But it's not crucial.
