Great location in Granada. The room was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable.

I thought the room would look more like the picture but it was a great room and we enjoyed it. Not having a bathroom/shower in the room was a slight adjustment but it wasn’t bad for two days.

As good as a host can make the place and this was good, there was a high need for electronic communications to get completed and settled. Place is stripped down naked but clean and good location. Make sure all your sht is in good order and times are a'changin' with there never being anyone living to meet, greet or?? even extend a human need. Society is getting very sterile.

Once again it is up to the host to make sure all things work...BUT...young and modern travellers, especially the partiers and kids, do not understand the needs of other guests when their phones ring, ping and get answered at all hours without end. Is this the new normal...well I'll quit travelling. Owners NEED TO POST SILENCE HOURS. I posted a recent review where this was done well and with an expactation of RESPECT.

Location is perfect

Small room and small shared bathroom but ok for short stay We never see any stuff, you enter property via instructions, and leave there by leaving room key inside the room. Because of this, we couldn’t get our shirt we forgot in the room, just realized that it stayed inside after I closed door of corridor. But key was already inside, and there was no stuff or even guest, so we couldn’t enter inside to pick it up.

The location was really good (near to restaurants, entertainment and the Alhambra). The rooms are nice and the staff was very attentive. The shared bathrooms were always really clean.

The showers temperature can't be regulated which means that everyone in the hotel must like the water on the same temperature. Someone will not be happy. We were cold for one day (after they changed the central temperature). On top of that, the walls between are very thin, so when people in the next room are a bit louder you'll definitely hear them. In our case we had a bunch of teenagers throwing a party next door which kept us awake for the whole night, even if we notified them. Luckily this was sorted the following night after we raised this with the management.

Pedro was excellent, suggested and assisted with booking many excellent activities and restaurants. Very friendly, excellent location. We have been traveling in Europe for two weeks and staying at a mix of properties and so far this is the only one we would return to. Beds were very comfortable. We had the triple room with private bathroom. Other rooms had communal bathrooms but from what we saw they were clean and well maintained.

We can not think of anything we did not like about the property

It is located very convenient place. Even in front of "Plaza nueva", still quiet at night at least in my room. When your body physical condition is fine, it'll be 15 minuets to get Al-Hambra by walk. (There is a steep hill) One thing I was wishing is that if there is a microwave. Overall, I liked the place and would recommend for my friends.

Toilet are shared with male and female.

Location was excellent. Room was decent size and had a sink inside which was very good and convenient since I was sharing bathroom.

There was an ongoing construction or repairs on the first floor of the building that I believe their workers were smoking and it made my room very smelly of cigarette smoke since the moment I walked in. I had to buy room spray. Other than that the room was clean and shared bathrooms were always very clean.

I booked last minute. Pedro made a tiring day easier with his friendly and helpful attitude. The room was clean and comfortable. The property was generally tidy and clean. The hotel is right next to the Alhambra palace garden. It was easy to walk to the palace. All historical sites are within walking distance. Thank you very much Pedro🙏🏼

Easy to find everything, sights, communication, taxi, restaurants, shops, etc. Everything our landlord recommended was really worth seeing! He was also helpful with everything we needed. We are really satisfied and will fully recommend this hotel! It was also a good price for the accommodation. very good with a fridge in the room and a kettle! Good air conditioning!

A nicer pillow!

Just right in the middle of beautiful Granada. Really cozy, cute rooms with separate bathrooms and a super lovely balcony in the room with a great street view. Very clean and comfortable. Beside this; An amazing owner who is really kind and thoughtful about our stay. Through his advisory and management we have seen the best Flamenco in the town. Appreciate it.
