Beautiful location and convenient for travel around Apajarras

We had booked inclusive access to the spa but it is not clear in the booking details that three night stay means you are entitled to three sessions of one hour each and which have to be booked in advance at the reception. The spa has six sessions of one hour each through the day which you choose from. The spa itself is nice having just a one hour session does restrict you.

The front desk staff were professional and efficient. The location, the price, and the room were wonderful. The breakfast bread were delicious.

The eggs at breakfast fresh out of the kitchen wet and runny. After sitting out for a few hours the eggs were hard and dry. Both were not good. Boiled eggs would have been better or Cook the eggs fresh to order.

A nice and comfortable hotel for those who seek relaxation and resting. The Thermal area is nice but needs some refurbishment. The staff at the spa is friendly and nice, as the staff at the restaurant. Spacious and comfortable room but far from a 4 star standards. Free parking on the other side of the road.

The food at dinner and breakfast (we had half board) should be improved, as its quality, as it seems and tastes like the old canteen at school. Reception staff should be a bit more friendly and welcoming.

I like a lot the Spa installation as well as all treatments I had. Outdoor Pools are amazing!!!

Very good quality hotel for the price with excellent amenities including a pool and bath robes provided in rooms. Lanjaron being a spa town there was also a fountain in the restaurant which provided a continuous flow of sparkling water - a nice touch.

Not quite adapted for intetnational market. The bed had only a bolster pillow and at breakfast there were no normal black tea bags and hot water from machine was not very hot.

How big the room was, the bathroom was very clean and well structured and the size of the wardrobe

The room itself was not very clean, the pillow very soft and not full, the breakfast not much variety, also the bed was individual and not double, also they never had makeup remover.

Rooms were very comfortable, plenty of room, very good choice at breakfast.

Avoid 9 o'clock breakfast when hotel busy. No knives and forks, certain foods ran out, no staff around. Coffee and toast machines long queues. Also down stairs bar/coffee shop closed a lot.

Nice hotel, I always stay here when visiting Lanjarón. Clean, friendly, and I can stay with the dog. I will come back!

Spa wasn’t that big and didn’t have a lot of massage showers, canteens didn’t have a big choice for 4 stars and didn’t offer tee or coffee for dinner

Great location with direct access to the spa via the hotel in your wardrobe that the hotel provides! Lovely hiking routes around the villages. Restaurants and bars closeby. Dogs allowed for a surcharge.
