Cozy and beautiful hotel near the center of Granada. We were three people so we had a rooms with a living area and pull-out couch. The room was very clean, spacious and quiet. The structure is typical andalusian, with a beautiful inner courtyard. The hotel offers activities such as flamenco night. We did that and it was very enjoyable. It is something we would have missed if the staff hadn't recommend it.

If you plan to travel in Andalucia by car, make sure you rent the smallest possible car. If you are planning to reach the hotel by car, keep in mind that streets in city centers are very narrow. The parking near our hotel was also small, steep and full of poles. Driving down and parking the car was definitely a challenge. So the size of the car matters a lot. The parking is a public one (does not belong to the hotel) so it is not their fault, it is just how cities are.

Location is absolutely perfect, room is small but functional, very clean and traditional. Bed super comfy. I would book again, now I know how to actually get their by car.

Booking.com stated parking but its OFFSITE. BUT worst of all if you don't know Granada you need to be aware the narrow street to the parking and hotel can be driven on. Myself and other guests didn't know and spent a long time trying to gain access to the hotel. I parked 2 km from the hotel. Heads up would have been nice. Parking is 20 euro a day and must be in CASH and breakfast is offsite and 10 euros cash also, but hotel staff are very informative. If booking.com was more accurate i would not have wasted 90 mins of holiday time and a 12 euro taxi fare to get to my hotel which supposedly had parking.

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are spacious but cozy. The breakfast restaurant across the street was lovely and the parking garage was safe and convenient (although a little tricky to navigate!). The best thing was the location, right in the centre of historic Granada. You could walk anywhere and easily get city buses to The Alhambra, Albayzin or Sacromonte. We have already recommended this hotel to friends!

We had a room on the attic floor which was lovely but a little noisy - we could hear other guests easily. We did the flamenco trip offered by the hotel and advertised as authentic but it felt very touristy….we are tourists though!

What great style!! Wonderful person at the front desk super helpful. Love the self serve entry, as well!!

We had a rented car and it was SUPER difficult to find this place. It’s very busy traffic and was already dark so that part was stressful. Even with step by step directions we were stuck as to how to find the parking garage until a Johnny Depp pirate-looking man suddenly appeared and helped us. I don’t know who he worked for but he guided us down the alley and opened the parking garage. Better to not have a car for this area, I think.

A very nice and cozy hotel/apartment collection. The rooms are very nice - it's a little bit like getting a hotel-quality room except there is no 24h reception and other things you'd expect in a hotel. It was very clean, located in a nice area and inexpensive - nothing to complain about.

The only thing is that the hotel stuff wasn't very nice to us. We booked a room with twin beds but got a room with a single bed. When we called them to change it, they were first telling us that we booked a room with a single bed and when we told them that this is not what the reservation says, they just said it's impossible to change it now and hang up on us. Left a bad taste in my mouth because I don't like it when people aren't kind but the place itself was good.

The location of the hotel, the Rituals karma hand soap, shower gel/shampoo and conditioner, the recommended places to eat by the receptionist. If you are lucky to get a parking spot the receptionist takes care of registering your car plate with the town hall for the special access needed to drive in the center.

It was very complicated to reach the hotel, both gps were directing us away from it, the traffic in the center is better to be avoided. Parking costs around 20€ and it cannot be reserved in advance. You need to get to the reception before 17:00 and hope they have a spot.

Very central location. Beautiful Andalusian style building. Large room (no 35) located at top of building. Breakfast provided nearby (25m away) at a local cafe was excellent with lovely staff. No issues with night time noise.

Very diificult to find by car, Granada is a nightmare to drive and navigate around.(Narrow streets, access restrictions, bus/taxi lanes on main routes, moped/motorbikes everywhere.) Reception unmanned after 5pm and no assistance available for accessing local car park. Had to find and park in commercial parking. Read the hotel's messages before you arrive not after, they forewarn and advise on travelling by car and parking and advise on after 5pm access.

The hotel is in a strategic location near the Alhambra and within/at the edge of the old city center. Staff are friendly. There is paid parking under it/nearby. The inner courtyard looks nice. The rooms are in a classic style. Everything worked and was clean. The breakfast is provided by a restaurant across the street - although the communication seems a bit tricky and things appeared chaotic, the breakfast was absolutely delicious!

The paid parking was incredibly difficult to manoveure even though I am an experienced driver - once you go down to the second or third floor, it gets really really narrow and you will have to get the absolute best out of your car, turning radius, parking assistance, back and forth, etc. Although the rooms looked nice, the bed was too soft for me.

Located in the heart of Granada, this is a renovated old building with a beautiful internal covert courtyard. The room was big and beautifully decorated. The mattress and pillows were very good. A lot from the old charm of the building was kept, but combined with modern design elements. Having an elevator was helpful with the luggage.

There wasn't a refrigerator in the room. The internal walls are thin, and it can get noisy sometimes. The windows don't really help with the street noise, especially in the morning when the bars and restaurants in the area get supplies.

Incredible location, cute and updated little property, everything is perfectly walkable. Breakfast was decent at a cafe across the street.

The reception is only available 9-5 and reaching them can be challenging. Finding the property by car was a massive challenge as the alleys are super narrow and confusing and the GPS DOES NOT work. Parking situation can also be tricky and expensive (20 euros a night with very very tight basements). Beds are not super comfortable and we didn’t have great sleep
