The location was excellent, close to all of the key sights, bars and restaurants within Granada and the Alhambra in particular. The apartment was beautiful, very comfortable and perfectly clean. It is in a block of such apartments. The kitchen is well equipped and management provided coffee capsules, teabags, tablets for the diswasher, etc. The beds are super comfortable and the linens crisp and very clean. The living space is very comfortable and the apartment had a huge television integrated into the wall with one of the bedrooms also having a television. There was excellent WIFI. Secure parking off-site locally was arranged through the management company within an easy stroll (albeit it is steep and tight access to the underground spaces). The area is quiet (we were there over a weekend in late June) but close enough to the city centre. There is a reception which is manned during the day. I will return to these apartments when next in Granada as they are brilliant and great value for money.

A very minor quibble - the kitchen area could benefit from a couple of additional electrical sockets - there was only one. We could only use the toaster, kettle or coffee maker, but only one at a time.

The location is amazing, it’s in the center, walking distance from everything. There are 3 Carrefour Expresses accessible in less than 5 minute walking distance. The bus stations are located by 3 minutes walk. We reserved a 2-bedroom accommodation, it was very comfortable and spacious enough. The rooms and the living room were nicely equipped. The kitchen is also nicely equipped and here we experienced the most comfortable bed ever (matras and pillow are amazingly comfortable!). You can make your room nice dark which ensures a great opportunity to have some rest at the end of a long day in the city. The personnel helped us to book a parking slot and managed to get the permission to circulate in the city centre. It’s located in a building where only BiBo rooms are available, so it gives the feeling as you were in a hotel. But BiBo Suites is even better than a 4* hotel.

We did not have hot water in the unit upon arrival. We called guest services but the agent did not hear our problem and did not provide a solution. He seemed focused on being right rather than being helpful. He chose arguing rather than reasoning. The issue was simple: the water heater (which is not visible) was in the OFF position (even when the agent flatly denied this possibility). I had to explore and find the water heater hidden within the unit and fixed the issue. I asked that they add to their protocol making sure the water heater is turned ON, the morning of a guest arriving and if it's not, to be able to guide a guest to where it is, to turn it ON if it's OFF.

Super well located, easy walking distance to all main touristic sights in Granada. Building and apartment is very spacious and looks like it has been recently re-decorated / re-novated, Kitchen is very well kitted, everything we needed (included oven) is available. Top rated. Good and frequent communication with host. Easy to walk up the stairs or take the lift.

Cleanliness could be better, especially kitchen utensils, plates and glasses we had to re-wash (the apartment itself was very clean and nice). Shower over-flows easily. Water runs everywhere in the toilet. External noise is a bit too much on busy nights like Friday. We were awaken multiple times with cars/motorbikes and people talking on the streets - this is probably true anywhere in a city centre, but otherwise acceptable. Parking requires great navigation and parking skills. We did fine, but understand some people struggled.

Restful, well equipped, great amenities, quiet despite of being in the centre, a refreshing place to come back to each time during our 5 hot days ( 35C+) in Granada. Receptionists till 1900, esp Irene with her sweet nature which made our stay memorable

Stylish, spacious, comfortable and modern apartment with fabulous supply of coffee for our coffee loving needs. A complimentary bottle of water and biscuits to accompany the coffee were a nice touch. The bed was super comfortable and the towels thick and luxurious feeling. Also it was a great location and very quiet. The kitchen was just right for small meal preparation.

The shower was slightly narrow but manageable but overall the bathroom was a great size.

We stayed in four apartments in Spain, and this one was our family’s favorite. 1. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the living supplies were clean and tidy. 2. The location was extremely convenient, with easy walking access to the Alhambra and the old town. 3. The host provided a large quantity of coffee capsules, which was perfect for our group of coffee enthusiasts. 4. The receptionist was extremely kind and helpful, especially with storing our luggage before check-in and after check-out!

The property was well located, close to the centre. Our apartment was spotlessly clean on the second floor facing the rear which was so peaceful. The reception staff were delightful, great customer service. The apartment was beautifully decorated and very well appointed. All the little luxury products and a bottle of wine to welcome. The automated key pads were great to gain access. We will definitely use again.

The apartment was nice and spacious, plenty of room to put our suitcase in the bedroom too. They also provided us with a free bottle of water, biscuits (very yummy) and coffee pods. The staff were friendly, accommodating and also provided us with a map. We also liked the location as it was near great restaurants and a 25- 30min walk to the Alhambra. Wish we stayed an extra night to explore Granada more. The apartment was clean and tidy.

I don't think the room is that well soundproofed as we could hear sounds from neighbours via the courtyard (even with the windows closed) and our views from all the windows were just courtyards. It wasn't too bad, but noticeable. The bathroom decor and layout could be improved.

Very close to the centre of town and the Alhambra. The apartment was very well appointed with nice decor. The bathroom was a bit small for comfort but the shower was really nice, and the bed was comfortable. It was tidy and clean. The staff were very prompt in answering questions before our arrival, giving very clear instructions for our parking given that the city has strict rules and restrictions for cars in the centre.

There was no tea provided (lots of coffee pods though)! It would be nice to have mugs as well as cups.
