I think the standout feature of the Meliá Granada is the service. For example, my request to stay a little longer because of my travel schedule was handled quickly. I upgraded at check-in and had a minor issue at the restaurant—some food options were sold out before the scheduled closing time. I let the front desk know, and they immediately apologized and looked into it. It's easy to find hotels with good rooms in good locations. What truly sets a place apart is having a friendly, helpful staff.

Large, comfortable and clean Level Junior Suite. Location was great and easily walkable to everything. One of the best and most powerful hair dryers I've come across in Europe. The Level breakfast was very nice with lots of options and cooked eggs were available. The views from the breakfast room were stunning! The Level receptionists were very friendly and helpful.

Could definitely use some touch up paint in the bathroom and in the breakfast room, and the upholstery in both could use a good cleaning or replacement. The paper products were truly rough, good thing we brought our own tissues. Might have been smart to bring our own toilet paper as well.

From the minute I walked into the hotel till that day I left to return to my home, I was extremely happy with the level of service and the helpfulness from your staff. Since I speak very little Spanish they were very patient with me and were able to communicate in English. 1. Your hotel has an excellent location and the restaurant/bar (Ola) was very nice and was one places our Granada Walking Food Tour visited. 2. I ate breakfast in the hotel both mornings and found the food choices and the quality to be excellent. In fact, I stayed in five other hotels during my 15 day visit in Spain, and Melina Granada one of my favorites! I would definitely stay here again or recommend it to my friends who might be visiting in the future.

The hotel was very comfortable and in a great location. The staff were friendly but didn’t go out of the way to accommodate us. When I checked in, we had 4 rooms for 3 nights as we were celebrating my 60th birthday. We had a room that gave us access to the lounge but the other 3 rooms didn’t . They explained that the other members of our family group couldn’t use the lounge once FOC. We accepted this but I found it disappointing that nothing was done to make the occasion special by the hotel.

Close to all amenities and the hotel was very well appointed We had a level terrace room which was small and the bathroom was very cramped but the views and the quality of concierge was really quite perfect. Amor Paula Marta and the team could not do enough for us ! Level guests enjoy a private experience but it was shame it lacked atmosphere

The room was rather small but the view made up for this The bathroom was tiny without a walk in shower and the sliding door was a stupid design with a difficult handle to open ! The level outdoor terrace does not have views of the The Alhambra Air Conditioning in our room was not always brilliant and the level restaurant was rather warm

The hotel was very clean and the decor and amenities were excellent. Location was great as well since it was walking distance to the main shopping area and the staff were excellent about getting us a taxi quickly for trips out.

The staff were very efficient, but I wish the senior staff were a bit more friendly. No one said 'thank you for staying with us' or 'hope you had a nice stay' as we checked in or when we checked out and left. Maybe it's because we are used to that courtesy and friendliness in the USA, but it felt a bit cold not being welcomed or treated with warmth. We paid good money to not be treated so coldly.

Whilst the property was in a very central, convenient location, it was pretty loud at night. The room faces a square which had a number of very lively late night bars, which on a weekend were very loud. All of the staff were very lovely, particularly the servers on the level. The breakfast was amazing and the happy hour from 5-7pm each day was a very nice touch. The level room we had was great but it was very dusty and needed a good deep clean.

We loved the Meliá! The staff were amazing, Amor and Alexandra couldn’t do enough for us, their knowledge was great and they were full of suggestions, humour and humanity. The location was very central with easy access to lovely bars, restaurants and all the sights. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed, the view of the Al Hambra was a huge bonus. I also very much appreciated the birthday cake and booze! We’ll be back for sure.

The staff at the level were so kind and helpful. We had a problem with our room as it was too noisy on the first night and the next day they moved us to a better quieter room higher up. I then needed to book an extra room and Alexandra was so helpful and sorted everything out for me, whatsapping me when the room was ready. The level lounge area on floor 6 was a great place to chill during our downtime on our holiday and the breakfast was great and we had an incredible view of Granada.

The location of this hotel is amazing. It has just been fully renovated so everything is nice and shiny. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the room completely soundproofed. Free bottle of complimentary water on arrival too. The staff were so polite and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone.

I was only there for 24 hours. I did not eat there but everything was fantastic.
