Definitely recommend the place. It has a perfect location. The rooms are rather big, the apartment was equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The flat was exceptionally clean, the beds were very comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful.

A lovely place, beautifully decorated and with everything you need. The woman who runs it is very helpful and attentive. Our apartment was comfortable and a great base with good and very new facilities. It is well located in a central area that makes it easy to get to everywhere you want to go. The Alhambra is walkable but it was hot so we got a very reasonably priced taxi from one street from the hotel

Paying extra for the parking was annoying, also it is very hard to get in too. This isn’t the fault of the property, driving in downtown Grenada is difficult and complicated.

Location and parking facilities were great Staff provided info re parking in the city however did not always respond to questions quickly. Clean and modern furnishings.

Two out of three nights we had issues with power outages - resulting in loss of air conditioning/power and WiFi. This activated emergency lighting /smoke alarm that were illuminated all night = poor sleep :(

Lovely residence with ornate tiled inner courtyard with Alhambra-style tiling and fountain. Fantastic location right in the heart of Granada with almost everything accessible on foot. Friendly helpful receptionist. Parking mostly went smoothly, though it was complicated and involved VERY careful driving through narrow spaces.

Nothing much. Instructions for the complex parking arrangements were mostly fine though could do with one or two additions. For example, the procedure for exiting the car park needs a mention pointing out that the exit is different from the entry and including the location of the keypad. The pedestrian exit door takes you out into a shopping centre that after hours is locked... so how to get out? Turns out there's a small door, but that's not obvious especially when one feels that sense of panicked incarceration.

A wonderful receptionist took care of us upon arrival. The property was in a great location - quiet, but close to everywhere we wanted to visit. The apartment was comfortable, clean, well equipped, and we really enjoyed our stay there. Thank you!

The parking instructions could have been clearer. The pedestrian exit door takes you out into a shopping centre, but is locked after hours, so we didn't know how to get into the car park when we left in the morning. We ended up ignoring the 'no entry for pedestrians sign' and walking down the slope where the cars enter with all our luggage.

This was one of the best and nicest hotels/apartments I have ever stayed. A lovely 19th century palatial building in a quiet street next to a busy avenue with easy access to all the attractions of Granada. The living/dining area, the bathroom and the bedroom were spotlessly clean. I liked everything about this place and on the scale of 1 to 10 I would give it an 11. An interesting novelty for me was the use of code rather than a key to access both the building and the room. I received the codes by e-mail but to make access easier a receptionist was waiting for us on arrival even though it was a Sunday afternoon. A nice touch, much appreciated.

Location was excellent, many good restaurants within 5-6 blocks. Easy to walk to many historic sites. Alhambra, requires a taxi or bus, worth seeing. Room was set up well for 2 + people and very clean with a small kitchen for families that need to prepare some foods. Taxis are at stands very close to the room and can hail them when their green lite is on anywhere in the city. Bus service is good and easy way to return from the Alhambra, use city center , bus 30 then get a taxi back to your hotel . Get office hours written down so you can have face to face help at the hotel desk.

Drove into the intercity and parked at an underground garage. You can't drive around the old city legally if from a different place, so use taxi from air port or get directions to a parking facility and leave the car there until ready to leave. Hotel offered a parking place they have down some back streets, but used the underground one because it was so close and easy. Don't let parking discourage you, just need to understand the situation and get info from the person responding from the Palacio Cabrera.

Great location, an easy walk to all the attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful and gave us some useful tips on buses/taxis and for restaurant recommendations. Rooms were clean and a good power shower. Pre-arranged parking was a little tricky to find but was secure and good value.

Small gripe but it would of been good to have a tea towel and a washing up sponge. Needed to wash and dry a couple of cups and plates as didn't want to waste a whole dishwash on them.

Everything! The location in centro was easy to walk to local attractions, restaurants and shops. Not packed with noisy tourist either. We had a nice, quiet, relaxing stay. Isabel was friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed, new towels, more coffee, etc. The apartment was spacious and had a great bed. Lots of room and a kitchen too!

There was drain issue in the shower, but Isabel got a plumber onsite site to resolve the problem within an hour.

Large, apartment room with a full kitchen, sofa, bedroom and en suite bathroom. Good location, around the corner from a taxi stand. Helpful that there is someone there from 9am - 9pm to welcome you - at which time you don't need a door code to enter the property. Only a door code to your room. I got several emails with all two door codes needed well ahead of time that clearly explained how to get in. The hostess was great on telling us how to get in after hours and helpful in holding our bags for a few hours after we checked out till we had to grab a taxi. The street is a one way, single lane, so don't expect to keep a car parked or a cab waiting otherwise you'll be blocking traffic. Great stay overall, for a great rate.
