Definitely recommend the place. It has a perfect location. The rooms are rather big, the apartment was equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The flat was exceptionally clean, the beds were very comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful.

Location and parking facilities were great Staff provided info re parking in the city however did not always respond to questions quickly. Clean and modern furnishings.

Two out of three nights we had issues with power outages - resulting in loss of air conditioning/power and WiFi. This activated emergency lighting /smoke alarm that were illuminated all night = poor sleep :(

Lovely residence with ornate tiled inner courtyard with Alhambra-style tiling and fountain. Fantastic location right in the heart of Granada with almost everything accessible on foot. Friendly helpful receptionist. Parking mostly went smoothly, though it was complicated and involved VERY careful driving through narrow spaces.

Nothing much. Instructions for the complex parking arrangements were mostly fine though could do with one or two additions. For example, the procedure for exiting the car park needs a mention pointing out that the exit is different from the entry and including the location of the keypad. The pedestrian exit door takes you out into a shopping centre that after hours is locked... so how to get out? Turns out there's a small door, but that's not obvious especially when one feels that sense of panicked incarceration.

This was one of the best and nicest hotels/apartments I have ever stayed. A lovely 19th century palatial building in a quiet street next to a busy avenue with easy access to all the attractions of Granada. The living/dining area, the bathroom and the bedroom were spotlessly clean. I liked everything about this place and on the scale of 1 to 10 I would give it an 11. An interesting novelty for me was the use of code rather than a key to access both the building and the room. I received the codes by e-mail but to make access easier a receptionist was waiting for us on arrival even though it was a Sunday afternoon. A nice touch, much appreciated.

Location was excellent, many good restaurants within 5-6 blocks. Easy to walk to many historic sites. Alhambra, requires a taxi or bus, worth seeing. Room was set up well for 2 + people and very clean with a small kitchen for families that need to prepare some foods. Taxis are at stands very close to the room and can hail them when their green lite is on anywhere in the city. Bus service is good and easy way to return from the Alhambra, use city center , bus 30 then get a taxi back to your hotel . Get office hours written down so you can have face to face help at the hotel desk.

Drove into the intercity and parked at an underground garage. You can't drive around the old city legally if from a different place, so use taxi from air port or get directions to a parking facility and leave the car there until ready to leave. Hotel offered a parking place they have down some back streets, but used the underground one because it was so close and easy. Don't let parking discourage you, just need to understand the situation and get info from the person responding from the Palacio Cabrera.

Everything! The location in centro was easy to walk to local attractions, restaurants and shops. Not packed with noisy tourist either. We had a nice, quiet, relaxing stay. Isabel was friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed, new towels, more coffee, etc. The apartment was spacious and had a great bed. Lots of room and a kitchen too!

There was drain issue in the shower, but Isabel got a plumber onsite site to resolve the problem within an hour.

Large, apartment room with a full kitchen, sofa, bedroom and en suite bathroom. Good location, around the corner from a taxi stand. Helpful that there is someone there from 9am - 9pm to welcome you - at which time you don't need a door code to enter the property. Only a door code to your room. I got several emails with all two door codes needed well ahead of time that clearly explained how to get in. The hostess was great on telling us how to get in after hours and helpful in holding our bags for a few hours after we checked out till we had to grab a taxi. The street is a one way, single lane, so don't expect to keep a car parked or a cab waiting otherwise you'll be blocking traffic. Great stay overall, for a great rate.

An elegant and historic hotel minutes away from the historic centre and in the midst of amazing restaurants and cafes. The taxi ranks and bus stops are just outside the little road leading to the hotel so getting around is so easy. The hotel itself is so elegant and tasteful and the room was so large and spacious. The coffee machine had more than ample pods and little biscuits…. The kitchen is really well equipped and having a washing machine was so convenient especially if you’re on a longish trip. The bathroom has nice amenities. The beds are so comfortable and there is good water pressure and water temperature. The staff are really lovely and helpful - thank you Angela and Davinia - they gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and cafes and were always smiling and gracious. Kind staff always make the stay enjoyable.

Noise travels through the property - Mainly some guests are noisy even when it’s late - I guess the property cannot control that - ear plugs did the trick.

Location was fantastic! We were a 10-minute walk away from the main street and didn't take very long to get to the Alhambra on foot - though there was also a bus option extremely close by. The room was very spacious and clean. We were also happy to see a bottle of water on arrival plus coffee/tea available. Check-in was smooth and easy and the directions to the apartment were clear. We were grateful for the underground parking too.

The only thing that bothered us was the sound. All noise from outside could be heard even though it was not on a main road. The bin collectors came in the middle of the night, as well as hearing the loud water pipes from other rooms.

Location of the apartment was very central to the tourist area. It was clean, tidy and perfect for our 2 night stay. All essential amenities were provided by the host. There are no complaints whatsoever. Booked Alhambra visit 2 months ago, caught bus nearby (€1.40each) to the Palace, face mask was required on the bus. Ended up having a personal guide for 2.5 hours for €130 between 5 of us. I'd say it was worth it otherwise it's just a maze and you can easily get lost and miss out on a lot without know the history and background on what you see, glad we did it. Guide Carlos was brilliant and so enthusiastic, passionate and friendly, he had knowledge in abundance and took his time taking us round, he didn't rush.

The fact we got lost getting to our apartment, but this is not the fault of the host, Granada is full of small ,narrow one way streets, we were warned by the host , just amazed we finally located the car park. Didn't like the fact we had to leave, we should have stayed an extra day in Granada, so much we didn't see.
