It was all well lit and we all felt very safe. However, when we first stepped out of the front door I was nearly hit by a man in a pavement cleaning machine who came right up to the edge of the doorway, if I hadn’t have looked back to check on my friend I would have been run over and badly injured. Maybe you need to have a ‘Take Care’ notice on the front door warning us to take care and look right and left. I would certainly have needed an ambulance as it was a heavy machine!

Tea coffee machine would have been nice? Also glasses in the room.

Great location for walking around centre and easy journey to Sierra Nevada. Comfortable bed, rooms have some small signs of "wear and tear" from use but nothing that would affect your stay. Nicely decorated. Love that it has Rituals toiletries in bathroom. Parking conveniently located. Breakfast is good (it's located at sister hotel opposite). Good value for money. Friendly and helpful staff - always greeted with a "buenos días" by everyone we passed.

The location was in the heart of the city; since we walked or took public transportation everywhere, this was essential. The room was larger than many for which we have paid comparable rates and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Beds were comfortable. As seems to be typical in our experience in Spain, we had 2 adjoining twin beds. One was directly in front of the air conditioner, and the other was not, requiring some adjustment for personal preferences.

We had problems with wi-fi, possibly due to our carrier. It worked better to turn it off. Hotel rooms, in general, could use luggage racks for 2 people to avoid having to work out of a suitcase on the floor. Noise from adjoining was not typically an issue, except for the last couple of days when we could hear music or the tv. It wasn't loud enough that we felt the need to complain, however. At reception, it appeared we would have some help improving our access to the Alhambra, but we simply were given a QR code to access standard ticket information, which didn't help much. We had hoped to add the Palacios Nazaries to our ticket, but this wasn't possible. We did get tickets for an additional day, which meant we could return and enter the museums which had been closed earlier.

The room and location were excellent. The room was always clean, and the location was near the busiest part of the city.

The room was small, and all the windows were towards the other guest room. Although it is not the hotel's fault, on almost all days during my stay, I could hear guests arriving around 2-3 in the morning, being loud and disturbing the sleep of the other guests, including myself.

Close to everything we wanted to do. Beds comfortable. Staff outstanding at giving directions to the site, to parking garage and best ways to see the sites. For example, bus or taxi to Alhambra and walk home. Specifics where to take the bus from, close restaurants. Would stay again.

Location. Access to cafeteria in hotel across the road.

Smelly drains. One of the two rooms was very bad and no offer of compensation. Check in across the road and not very welcoming. Expensive for a very basic small room with no toiletries provided but the bed was comfortable and the towels were soft.

The value is great! Right at the center of everywhere, I went there for a congress and was within walking distance from everywhere. Small but cozy hotel. It has an individual mini-split that worked great.

If you have mobility issues you might be in a little bit of trouble, since there are a lot of stairs. But if that isn't a concern then go ahead

The hotel's location is convenient, close to major attractions and public transportation, which made getting around easy.

We had to carry our luggage by the staircase to our room, which was inconvenient and a bit challenging, especially with heavy bags. An elevator would have been greatly appreciated.

Very clean room, extremely nice staff. Location is just perfect, on main street. Ideal for staying couple of days.

No fresh air in the room, only with aircondition.

The location is amazing and perfect to discover the city. The room is quite big. Reception is super friendly and efficient. Possibility of parking right below the hotel for a very decent extra cost.
