The Position is perfect to discover the city; the view from the 7th floor is breathtaking. The apartment is quiet and has stylish furnitures, and it has all it's needed for dinning.

There a where a couple of things which could have been better taken care: - the Nespresso machine did not work - the requested extra bed (couch) was not prepared on our arrival - in the bathroom there were a couple of things in need of maintenance - toilet flush button broken and shower soap / gel holder - in general, we did not have the feeling of a "Luxury" accommodation

Perfect location to explore Granada. The apartment was finished to a high level. Despite the two negative comments below we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment based on the location which really is excellent.

The pictures on booking.com showed a balcony but our apartment didn't have one which was a wee bit disappointing. When we arrived and set up the sofa bed we discovered that it still had a bedding sheet attached which had obviously been used by the previous guests. Apart from that the apartment was very clean.

The fact that the host greeted us and showed us how to use the amenities was super helpful and the apartment is super gorgeous with superb ID.

Non negotiable check out time and the fact that u have to pay 25 euros for 1 extra hour … we had booked 4 apartments and at least 1 apartment could have been given a later check out as the cleaner was only 1 lady anyway.

It wasn’t clear that we were at the right address. There were no signs outside to name the accommodation. We had to ring to ask . We were then told to the use the code but the instructions said someone would meet us and at that point we still didn’t know if we were at the right address. If there had been some info such as , we are the building next to Zara we would have known we were at the right address

It was generally good and there was no reason for us to voice complaints but there were little things that would have improved our overall experience although not crucial eg there was a coffee machine with coffee pods and tea bags. In the coffee machine drawer you would expected to find sugar, but instead there were sachets of salt and pepper. There was only one wine glass but 4 champagne glasses. Not the end of the world but 2 wine glasses would have been nice. There was no where to hang towels to dry or hang towels in the bathroom. The shower leaked if you used the over head shower, the hand shower head was better but needs descaling. It was too hot - the air conditioning was set to 24/25 degrees and could not be altered.

Beautiful apartment - well appointed and views to die for! Can see the mountains and the Alhambra from the balcony. Comfortable, quiet and has a lift. Right in the action but sound proof is excellent. Good blinds in lounge. Coffee machine and coffee and tea and sugar supplied.

Couldn’t figure out the cooling in the bedroom.

The staff is located on the same floor as the apartments and are there all day long. The apartments are located in city center and easy to get to with taxi from the train station. It's a few minute walk to the bus going to Alhambra. The penthouse apartments are comfortable and well furnished. Bathrooms are clean and we really liked that it had a washing machine for use. One of our rooms did not have a laundry rack and the staff found one for us very quickly.

The walls are concrete which blocked wifi signals in the bedrooms. Wifi was strong outside of the bedrooms. There was lack of storage space next to the bed and bathrooms. The glass plate of a night stand seemed fragile and would not hold alot of items for travelers. The outlets were in the headboard of the beds and if you're not from the EU, you need an adapter before you use your own charging bricks. The adapter and charging bricks would hang due to the weight. An extension cord would help secure this type of set up. The AC was kind of weak and would never reach the temperature set for the rooms, but after a while, you get used to the cool room.

Definitely the high point was the spectacular view from our apartment on the 7th floor over the city rooftops to the Alhambra. The apartment was very new with lovely deco and sliding doors & windows to let the breeze through. As we arrived by car, the parking facility was just around the corner and having lifts in both the parking and apartment building was extremely helpful.

We had a slight hiccup with the air con when we arrived but Alicia from Chez Moi was able to contact the technicians and had this fixed quickly. Alicia was extremely helpful and lovely to deal with, even recommending great places to eat for tapas around town.

We love the location, the entry lobby and communal area, very clean. Easy key collection.

Wifi was very weak and difficult to connect even with the QR code, keep disconnecting and not appearing on our phones. The bathroom shower drainage is a little blocked, takes time to drain the water. The hair dryer in my bathroom was kind of falling apart, luckily there's another one in the other bathroom. We stayed for 4 nights with no change of towels, would be grateful if there's an option to request for fresh towels if staying longer than 2 nights.

Excellent location on the edge of the old town, with easy access to public transport, and a variety of shops and restaurants. The apartment is very quiet and the girls looking after us were simply wonderful, helping us with whatever needs we had. Thank you!🙏 Comfortable beds, additional balnkets, lots of storing spaces everywhere. Great stylish lighting over an enormous table. Beautiful and fully functional kitchen, including an electric kettle, coffee machine and much much more. A very large bathroom. And last but not least, the balcony with an amazing view and sun all day.

No hangers for wet towels in the bathroom. An additional mirror in the corridor or bedroom would be very useful.

The location was excellent. The rooms were clean.

The A/C was not working properly. It was either too cold or too warm. Staff was slow to answer questions. Last but not least, the links they sent for payments weren't working, and nobody seemed to care. They kept threatening to cancel the reservations if they didn't receive the payments. They did cancel the reservations after we left (???), and finally, they sent us a new link to remit the final payment!!! So my advice is to make sure you take care of the payments well in advance before you get there!
