The Position is perfect to discover the city; the view from the 7th floor is breathtaking. The apartment is quiet and has stylish furnitures, and it has all it's needed for dinning.

There a where a couple of things which could have been better taken care: - the Nespresso machine did not work - the requested extra bed (couch) was not prepared on our arrival - in the bathroom there were a couple of things in need of maintenance - toilet flush button broken and shower soap / gel holder - in general, we did not have the feeling of a "Luxury" accommodation

Perfect location to explore Granada. The apartment was finished to a high level. Despite the two negative comments below we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment based on the location which really is excellent.

The pictures on booking.com showed a balcony but our apartment didn't have one which was a wee bit disappointing. When we arrived and set up the sofa bed we discovered that it still had a bedding sheet attached which had obviously been used by the previous guests. Apart from that the apartment was very clean.

The fact that the host greeted us and showed us how to use the amenities was super helpful and the apartment is super gorgeous with superb ID.

Non negotiable check out time and the fact that u have to pay 25 euros for 1 extra hour … we had booked 4 apartments and at least 1 apartment could have been given a later check out as the cleaner was only 1 lady anyway.

Beautiful apartment - well appointed and views to die for! Can see the mountains and the Alhambra from the balcony. Comfortable, quiet and has a lift. Right in the action but sound proof is excellent. Good blinds in lounge. Coffee machine and coffee and tea and sugar supplied.

Couldn’t figure out the cooling in the bedroom.

We love the location, the entry lobby and communal area, very clean. Easy key collection.

Wifi was very weak and difficult to connect even with the QR code, keep disconnecting and not appearing on our phones. The bathroom shower drainage is a little blocked, takes time to drain the water. The hair dryer in my bathroom was kind of falling apart, luckily there's another one in the other bathroom. We stayed for 4 nights with no change of towels, would be grateful if there's an option to request for fresh towels if staying longer than 2 nights.

Excellent location on the edge of the old town, with easy access to public transport, and a variety of shops and restaurants. The apartment is very quiet and the girls looking after us were simply wonderful, helping us with whatever needs we had. Thank you!🙏 Comfortable beds, additional balnkets, lots of storing spaces everywhere. Great stylish lighting over an enormous table. Beautiful and fully functional kitchen, including an electric kettle, coffee machine and much much more. A very large bathroom. And last but not least, the balcony with an amazing view and sun all day.

No hangers for wet towels in the bathroom. An additional mirror in the corridor or bedroom would be very useful.

I received a WhatsApp for the code to get in and that worked fine.

Unfortunately I couldn't reach anybody via phone before my arrival. There was never an answer, when I dialed the number provided by booking com. I had two questions which weren't answered. And once my son entered the code for the door wrongly. The door wouldn't open then. I figured, that if the code didn't work, we would spend all night sitting in front of our appartement because I had no phone contact to call. The apartement was very beautiful, but the handle for the toilet flush was broken.

The location was excellent. The rooms were clean.

The A/C was not working properly. It was either too cold or too warm. Staff was slow to answer questions. Last but not least, the links they sent for payments weren't working, and nobody seemed to care. They kept threatening to cancel the reservations if they didn't receive the payments. They did cancel the reservations after we left (???), and finally, they sent us a new link to remit the final payment!!! So my advice is to make sure you take care of the payments well in advance before you get there!

Immaculate, tastefully decorated and true to pictures. We were in the AlHambra unit which had the incredible panaromic view of the AlHambra Palace. Perfect location - right smack in the city center for shopping, restaurants and all the tourist attractions. Amelia was very helpful and friendly to greet and settled us in.

Just a small glitch - water from the shower kept leaking through the glass door (there was a tiny opening) and spilled over the toilet floor. We wedged it by putting a towel against the glass door. Perhaps the maintenance could put a proper caulking to seal the affected area.

Beautiful apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and comfortable beds. Great kitchen with washing machine & dishwasher. Located in the centre and walking distance to everything. Staff worked from an “office” on the same floor, so if anything was required, they were right outside & available to assist.

Arrival instructions could have been clearer. Our sat nav took us through the maze of the old town, when the apartment could have been more easily approached from a different direction, so this info would have been good to know ahead of time. Also, we discovered on arrival that the available car park was too small for our small SUV hire car, so we had to find alternative parking nearby for a fee.
