What a gem of a boutique hotel!! We loved our stay here. The staff were wonderful from arrival to departure and helped with all kinds of tips and advice. Check in was seamless. The room was great and the bed comfortable with a well equipped bathroom. There is also an internal area where you can relax, read magazines and make coffee. They provide all sorts of little extras such as syrups for coffee and biscuits. The location is wonderful, surrounded by bars and restaurants and close to the Cathedral. It was also great to be given a map and shown the best routes, buses and areas to eat. Breakfast was lovely and could be taken in the room or in the restaurant next door. We opted for the restaurant and again staff were welcoming and friendly and the food delicious. Also close to great shopping! Don't miss this one if in Granada!!!

Nothing! A fridge in the room to keep water cold would have been a bonus but no big deal.

The location was great; in the very center and at the same time in a quiet street. So perfect. It’s near the main areas: Plaza BibRambla, La Catedral, Plaza nueva ( where to take the bus to Albaicin, Alhambra). The beds are confortable and you have double pillows. The shower has strong water pressure. And the staff is really kind and helpful.

Nothing. I liked everything. It’s true that there is no Minibar, but if you ask they put things for you in the fridge. Anyway I liked so much the service, flexibility, help, location, cleanliness, comfort that I preferred to another hotel with minibar where I stayed in the past.,, but missed all the services and quality of this one. It’s not my first time & won’t be the last.

The hotel location is great, right at the city center. The room was very, very clean and so were the towels and bed linens. The hotel has modern decor and new furniture. The price is great for the quality of the room, I have paid way more for hotel rooms that were half as decent as this one. The receptionists were very friendly and allowed us to store our luggage in the hotel past the checkout time, which was greatly appreciated.

It could be nice to offer hotel-type flip flops for guests. Also, the room has no natural light but this is ok for a night-stay, everything else was great.

Property was in a great and lively location in the heart of downtown. Right across easy access to a parking garage made this an easy place to stay. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and was exceptional when it came to assisting in a possible crisis situation. Ester was specifically very helpful and the whale staff was world class- this coming from someone who’s worked in 5 star hotels for over a decade. Highly recommend this place!

I liked everything about it

Modern hotel room with small balcony overlooking the street which although the street had a couple of restaurants wasn't noisy. The location was excellent close to the main street, a little walk to the Rio Darro but nothing to worry about. Excellent hotel restaurant next door where we had a first class lunch with good service. No tea or coffee in room but there was an lovely open lounge where these could be made and you could sit in comfortable chairs.

Needed to be a careful with the shower otherwise the floor close to shower door got a little wet!

Excellent central location. Walking distance to the main shopping area and historical monuments but without feeling touristy. The room was small (fine for one person but would have been tight for two) but very clean and with a well-appointed bathroom and very comfortable bed. I had a great meal at the bar/restaurant, which was next door and clearly a very popular local place. There was a comfortable guest lounge/internal courtyard with coffee and tea making facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful, with good English. The breakfast was generous and available either in the room or courtyard and the staff accommodated a very early start one day with breakfast at 5.30am.

The air conditioner wasn't working while I was there, although the staff were very helpful. It didn't matter because the weather was mild but being on the street side, while really atmospheric, it was a bit noisy to have the window open.

Beautiful hotel - feels much more luxurious than the price would suggest. Very calm and nicely decorated shared space in the central courtyard. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Staff were generally friendly enough. Tea and coffee facilities available for use in common areas was much appreciated. I was a little concerned about location when we first arrived (being in a fairly quiet lane way), but those concerns soon disappeared and I enjoyed being in a slightly quieter area but still close to the main streets of Granada.

There was some early morning noise in the front- facing rooms (garbage trucks, etc.). Overall not a significant issue, but worth noting if you are a light sleeper. The hotel has limited facilities (as clearly described in their profile) so no access to washing machines, buffet breakfast, etc. Again, not a significant issue but handy to be aware of!

The room was compact but lovely! It had a balcony that looked onto the quiet street but my fave blessing was the breakfast and the fact that it was delivered to my room!!! That breakfast set me up for the day and I feel so very fortunate to have stayed here! Thank you also to the staff who were wonderful! Bathroom was large space with glass on counter for your toothbrush/ wash your mouth out. Comfy bed. Close to Granada city centre and close to various transport links back to Granada bus and coach station.

Everything was first rate. Staff were helpful, and available, including the cleaning staff. We loved the opportunity to have a complimentary drink on the 1st floor, as it’s something we miss when staying in hotels. The location is excellent, and within easy reach of all the local attractions, shops, bars etc.

Missed having a bidet, but that’s just our preference, and a few more coat hangers would be good.

The ladies that work at the reception were great. With one of them we had a short discussion about the possibility of changing my room due to the ironing room smell, she accommodated me with full understanding even though first she said no, but that was due to the language barrier. She was later genuinely so helpful, it warmed my heart. The brealfast is good. The location is perfect. I liked the inner patio, it was cute.

The bed was too soft for my taste and spine. All hotels use synthetic bed sheets, it seems. The design in some rooms were so that using the bide is not really possible but that is the minor issue.
