Las Nieves is a nice property in an excellent location, close to the cathedral and easy walking to all the sites. The staff is friendly, kind, and helpful, and they all speak excellent English. We had a couple minor issues which were resolved quickly. The room was big and well-laid out, with two large windows/balconies and a comfortable bed. Granada is an absolutely charming city, with varied neighbourhoods and streets that invite wandering for hours. There are lots of restaurants and cafes a short distance away and a Carrefour Express basically next door. For restaurants nearby, we particularly recommend Picual which has yummy food, a lovely patio, and excellent service; and the gelato at Rivareno is possibly the best we've ever had. Both are less than 5 minutes away.

Location (you can walk anywhere in the city centre plus bars, restaurants, supermarkets a stone throw away), friendly and helpful staff, pet friendly, clean, competitive rate, excellent value for money. We've been going once a year since 2015 and have noticed improvements eg. Now in room there is a kettle, tea, sugar courtesy of the hotel. New fittings bathroom too.

The beds are comfortable but a little low. Older people or those with joints issues may find it hard to get up. Sometimes WiFi a bit slow but not something of great concern.

Excellent location. Gret value for money if you are visiting Granada. Room was super clean and spacious. We got a nice quiet room, view was not the best but it wasn't important to us . If you are visiting Granda and Alhambra it's great place to stay I would stay again and recommend it. We really appreciate the staff especially Amanda who was very kind and helpful. The hotel is 5 min walk from the bus that takes you to Alhambra up hill and there is a supermarket right next to it .

nothing it was perfect.

The hotel staff was extremely helpful and smiley, creating a great atmosphere from the start. We booked a room with a hot tub and it was incredible to relax after a day of sightseeing. Electric input on each side of the bed was extremely useful. Modest breakfast with fresh espresso completed all. We didn't use the hotel recommendation for parking and parked at Victoria parking, not the cheapest one, but a great choice for people who are foreigners, bigger parking spots :)

The WiFi signal was quite weak on the 2nd floor.

Hotel at the heart of the old city, meters away from the Cathedral and easy access to all the highlights of Granada. The room was bigger than usual for a three star European hotel, , with a sort of living-room which increased its comfort, furniture was simple but no less comfortable, and it had all the necessary facilities. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Central location, straight out of the front door! The rooms had been refurbished to a high standard and kept immaculately clean by the staff with very comfortable beds and effective air con. The Hotel exudes old world charm with tasteful decor and public areas, but has good, modern facilities. The staff were very welcoming and efficient. It was reasonably priced given its Central location. We didn't need parking, but it was offered 'off site'. All Shops, restaurants and many sightseeing places within walking distance.

Nothing not to like an overall excellent package.It was our second time here, we always will choose a family run hotel over the large 'Chains' in Granada as they are better value and more attentive / welcoming and helpful

My check out was early (6 am), and I asked the front desk for a taxi on spot (I forgot to arrange it beforehand). He was very kind and went out to get me a taxi

granada is great. its cheaper than barcelona, madrid, sevilla. taking a taxi is silly because they have these long one way streets and its faster to walk. trust me. this hotel was great value, big rooms, in the center of town more or less. laundry mat was a 5 minute walk - the degtergent is automatically dispensed in spain - no need to buy detergent like we did. lol. enjoy.

i love granada. this hotel is good value.

Located in city centre and walking distance to all, including the Alhambra ( with some effort up the hill), Albaecin and plenty of restaurants in the surrounds.

This is NOT a negative, but worth mentioning that despite being a little far from the railway station, it is an easy ride by tram (located right next to station) to Recogida and then easy 7 min walk to hotel.

Clean room, big shower, really nice $8 breakfast with extremely helpful and courteous cafeteria manager(Spanish omelet, cold cuts, yogurts, ….). Especially convenient if you have to leave early for excursions.

There is no coffee maker, but you can get hot water at front desk. They try to help, but if you don’t have Spanish, it could be changing for English speaking.
