Beautiful apartment with a great terrace view, so many balconies that open out into the street! Very artistic area

Older brunette woman with a bob at the U Sense Hotel seemed keen to make our experience as bad as possible. Charged €40 for early checkin, €10 to store luggage the day of, and kept talking about us in Spanish to her colleagues even after we told her we understood Spanish. Then on check out day decided to mock me and laugh at how stressed I was during check in day. Really could have done without it

Check in time is too late and they charge you for leaving luggage before check in.

Location is good (locates in the heart of Granada). The staff will call you to make sure if you received the digital key (taking a bit of registration but very easy to use after proper setup). Price wise, it’s very price competitive / worthy stay given the money that I paid and the room space that I got.

Maybe the room layout of the apartment since there’s no window in the bedroom, we left the bedroom door open during night to have sufficient air flows from the living room. But maybe it’s because of the old building that you normally have in Granada, which is a bit challenging for hotels / apartments

Clean, modern and very well-appointed apartment in central Granada, close to the Cathedral. Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious and had 2 bathrooms and great wardrobe space. Loved being on the corner of the building, about 7 full height windows / french doors opening onto juliette balconies. Great street views. The communal terrace on the top floor had lovely views and was a great spot to sit, read or have a drink in the sun. No carparking onsite, but closest paid parking garage only a short walk away at Parking La Paz.

Checkin & key was via an app (or card). Once sorted, it worked well. We had no contact with any staff by phone or in person but also didn't need any assistance so were happy. Clothes rack for drying clothes would be useful but we made use of the heated towel racks and coathangers. We were there over Christmas, and it would have been nice to have some sort of decoration in the apartment too.

Good location with plenty of food and retail options nearby. Easy to get around Granada and to attractions eg Alhambra from apartment. Most importantly, apartment is very spacious and well-equipped. Like the cosy, modern interiors and luxurious-looking bathrooms. Had an amazing time in Granada all thanks to this great accommodation!

The sign to apartment is easily missed. We ended up at the condominium tower (U-Sense Granada Centro) instead due to very similar name. Fortunately, customer service was online to give prompt support. We received spontaneous clarification which helped us get to the apartment round the corner in the end. Also, the room facing the streets can be noisy as F&B operators end business late. Just have to shut the windows tight to keep the noise out. Also, note that the apartment doesn’t provide laundry detergent. Glad that staff managed to scramble and spare us some for our laundry the next day.

The property is in an amazing and very central location. Despite its central location, the double glazing is very good and the flat itself is really stylishly decked out with very comfy beds and two nice bathrooms.

Whilst very clean and stylish, the walls could really do with a lick of paint and a freshen up. Even the very good double glazing couldn’t keep the noise of the Holy Week revellers out and the processions go down either side of the flat so difficult to sleep with the noise

The property was in a great location. It was very well equipped. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Lovely views from the sitting rooms to the city & cathedral. The property is really centrally located. Surprisingly very quiet as it is right in the centre. Granada itself is a beautiful city, loads to see. The weather was nice and warm during the day for April but cool at night so you’d need warm clothes for night time. Really enjoyable stay.

The small changes I would recommend is to get a new (smart) tv, get rid of old unit that houses tv and clean the sink drains as they were a little blocked in the main bathroom. The recommended parking was too difficult to find so we parked in a different car park which was fine.

Great location only 50 metres from Cathedral . Great places to eat close by . Breakfast included at the U-Sence hotel ( about 150 metres away ) . Great bathroom and Comfortable bed . Kitchen is well equiped , not that we used it since there were so many great eateries close by. Did use the coffee pod machine which made nice coffee and the washing machine came in handy to wash some clothes . All up extremely good apartment. Highly recommend it.

Not a big issue but no kettle to boil water .

The location was very good, just few hundreds meters from the cathedral We got a completely furnished apatment (2 bedrooms and 2 toilets). Everything is done remotely. However we had an issue with the key and someone came to help us

The apartment was clean, however there was a very bad smell coming from one of the toilets. We could not understand where is coming from, but was very umpleasant.

Arrived earlier than anticipated. Call the what’s app no immediately gave me a code to access building and apartment. Wasn’t demanding didn’t expect because we were early. Couldn’t do enough for us. Excellent customer service and outstanding finish to apartments. Would I stay again ABSOLUTELY. So worth the money excellent location can’t speak highly enough. Loved it
