It's an excellent hotel with a great location. Near the Cathedral and all central attractions, a few minutes walk to the bus stop to Alhambra, also near the Albaicin. It is essential to follow the excellent guide provided by the hotel to reach it using restricted streets to prevent fines - some streets are narrow, but not an issue. The room is fantastic - almost an apartment with a full kitchen and a huge bathroom with two showers! Parking is underground via a car elevator in the hotel itself, with the entrance in the street around the corner. An elevator (this one for humans) connects the underground parking straight to the rooms - no need to remove luggage on the street. It is unsuitable for big cars, but we had a Seat Leon SW and could fit it without issues. You can stop for a short time in front of the hotel for check-in, but space available on the street is limited. For Granada, plan to park and forget the car! The hotel allowed us to keep the car for some more hours after the checkout - very convenient to store the luggage in the car (parking is closed and safe) and walk around. Pay attention to the reception times for check-in (not 24hs for check-in) - but the staff was very receptive and answered all my questions before arriving. There are options around to buy food and use the kitchen (I suggest the Cristobal - a simple grocery (not touristic), with very good jamon at low cost).

When leaving the hotel, I forgot to ask for instructions (and they did not provide them as they did for the arrival), so I'm not sure if I may have used some forbidden streets to reach the main avenues (I'll know soon if I got a ticket). So ask for instructions before leaving.

Amazing central yet quiet location, rooms were moderns and immaculate, and the receptionist was approachable and helpful. We ended up not using the on site parking, but the daily price is the same as other public car parks in the area.

If I have to mention something, there were no large towels in the room and I had to ask for them at the reception, which was promptly taken care of. The AC ducts are shared between the rooms, and during the first night, as someone was cooking inside, the vents gave off a horrible garlic smell that made me turn off the heating.

The location. Very near to the Cathedral, Albaicin, Gran Via, and many restaurants. The apartment was roomy for two, the bed comfortable, and dishes were enough for us who didnt cook. A microwave and fridge were clean. And there was plenty of natural light.

The bathroom had a terrible smell. We bought a deodorant but could never get rid of the smell. We open the windows in the dining aread to help a little. Check on that for next guest. Towel hooks are on the opposite ens of bathroom away from shower, and there is no door in the shower so lots of water accumulates near the bathroom door. Not ideal.

Great location - in the heart of Granada, and close to all nice restaurants. Very nice building design, comfortable apartment. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They did not turn on the heating although they knew we will check in late that evening. It was extremely cold throughout the entire night and I couldn’t sleep. The walls were very thin and we could hear our very noisy neighbors late in the night. They charged us an exorbitant amount for parking: 22EUR/day. On top of the price for accommodation! It was the highest we paid in Spain so far.

All I can say is that the whole package was amazing! Room, location, facilities, hotel design, pool, all! We loved it! We had bad weather so we couldn't use the pool but we went to see it and it was beautiful! I really recommend this stay! We arrived in the "working hours", so, we had a person in the front desk that provided us the keys. The access to the building is open but after 10 pm is with a code. Side note: I don't know why the water in the pool in my picture looked like that, it wasn't dirty, maybe it was the capturing of light by my lenses. Those pictures were taking in the pool area.

Loved it. In the middle of the city centre, the room is lovely, clean and quiet. The small pool is also sweet, but small, but the view on the rooftop is even better. The staff is also very friendly.

Only a small thing: It would be great to update the instructions on how to get to the hotel. (Apparently it’s not so easy by car because Granada has many restrictions) The hotel provides several instructions but being tourists we got confused and panicked. And when we reached we were told that it’s okay to use restricted streets because they give your number plate to the police so that you don’t get fines. So would be great to know this beforehand. But all was perfect apart from that 👍

The people are amazingly friendly, and they were able to solve a minor problem I had with the room quickly and easily.

I stayed for 7 days, but the room only had 2 coffee pods for the coffee machine in the room. The housekeeping trolley was frequently in the hall with extra towels, coffee pods, etc., but I didn't know if those were for guests to help themselves, or just for housekeeping to use when they turned over the rooms.

Loved the location. We were at a walking distance to all the shopping and restaurants and plaza in the Centro. It was also a walking distance to Al hambra (30 mins). The location was great and the apartment was well equipped. With the front desk staff available until 11 pm, it was good in case we had any issues. Very clean and loved the design of the room.

The TV channels were not monitored or filtered. There were many inappropriate channels on the TV. We made sure our kids don’t turn it on.

The hotel is located directly in downtown Granada, perfect for shopping, dining, or tourism. The staff were wonderful and friendly, and very patient with my inexpert Spanish (although their English was perfect). The room was large and comfortable.

The hotel garage uses a lift with a weight limit, and while we were emailed that limit, we arrived in a rental car: I had no idea how much it weighted. We ended up driving to the hotel (passing 1-2 garages) only to learn that we couldn’t park at the hotel, so had to return to park at garages we’d already passed.

Appartment is in the city center but at the same time in a calm street. We were able to check in earlier which was very nice. Spatious appartment and very comfortable bed and large bathroom. Nice renovation work in the building and the appartments joining old end new elements. The roof terrace has a nice view over the center. We were able to use the washing machine and the kitchen pack included a washing tablet.
