This accommodation was extremely convenient in location, well equipped with facilities and great value for money. As someone who wanted to travel to Granada on a budget, Pension Mesones offered the ability to be in the heart of the city, only a couple minutes walk from the cathedral and nestled in the atmosphere of the streets next to Trinidad square. The room had everything you would need, basic but comfortable, clean and with a balcony with street views and good air con. The bathrooms were functional, always available, great showers that were easy to use. Thank you Carlos, for offering a brilliant place to stay in such a beautiful city!

There is street noise on a night and morning, to be expected and didn’t bother me but something to note.

Location was superb - I could walk around and in and out of the hotel multiple times in a day to my convenience, especially when I needed a break from the summer heat! It was also easy to check-in, and the receptionist was really helpful in assisting with my suitcase up the stairs to my room. The beds were comfortable too. I would definitely stay here again - great value for money.

The showers were tiny and the drainage was really poor - when one of us showered, we needed to wait for quite a while before the dirty water went down. I also wish there was hair conditioner in the shower but anyway we made do! Also, I already knew this from the photos and other reviews, but just wanted to emphasise that the room is small, so anything larger than a medium suitcase would probably not be able to open fully on the empty floor space. One of the downsides of being located so centrally would be the noise - at night we could hear the people and vehicles downstairs despite having the windows closed. Didn't affect our sleep though - might be different if you're a very light sleeper.

Location a few steps from Granada cathedral, close to everything. A superb cheesecake shop around the corner. A very nice lady at the reception. During a heatwave, the room temperature was ok and we only had the AC on for a short while. The mattress also ok. Fine overall, with the typical Spanish hostal vibe.

Especially the bathroom a little bit in need of repair, I guess it's been there since the 80's. Mind you that if you stay over the weekend, there's party life on the streets and you will hear drunk people shouting until early morning.

The location is really really great. It's in the middle of the city centre. The man behind the reception desk was very friendly and willing to answer all the questions I had. It's not the most luxurious place I stayed, but if you consider its prime location versus the price, it's a very good deal.

The bathroom is shared and the toilet is inside the bathroom. So, when the bathroom is occupied, you have to wait until the other person is finished. But that was just a small inconvenience for me.

Very affordable single rooms. I was traveling with a friend and opted to pay a little more for separate rooms. I loved the sink in the room. I never had issues getting into the bathroom when I needed it like other places I stayed during my trip. I think this was because we didn't need the bathroom just for the sink. Minimal room which was all I needed. I appreciated that they let us check in a little early.

At first, you may think that my review is too much, but this place is absolutely amazing for anyone who likes a quite place in the city centre (yes, it is possible), and for someone who spends most of the day out. The staff was so friendly they even gave us directions and a map of Granada's best attractions. The only con of this place is there is no elevator, but as long as your luggage is average, it won't be a problem.

Very central location. Lots of restaurants nearby and close to all major attractions. The room is small but has everything I need and a window with nice view! The AC is totally working when it’s desperately needed by someone like me. But the highlight of my stay was absolutely the statt Carlos. He was responsive with communication from the moment I made the reservation till I Checked out! He went beyond and above to help me get a ticket to visit Alhambra because I didn’t plan my trip ahead. Without any luck, he still helped me book a walking tour of the Alhambra which was really great!

Great place for travelers who are looking for location & affordability. Room is clean & has nice natural light. It is small & the doors got stuck here & there, but overall a solid stay. Walking distance to all major attractions & very nice staff. Definitely would recommend!

It was perfect! It’s more than central and the staff is super nice! Sergio even came to the station after leaving because I left my power back in the hostel! Can you believe it? It’s amazing! Really more than recommended!

Perfect location in the center.The recepcionist Belèn was extremly helpful and friendly.She gave me a lot of good advice.

For me it was good coz Im small but if u are a tall person this isn't your place coz the beds are very small.
