The place is clean, spacious, comfortable and safe. It is equipped with all basic amenities and it's location is great, surrounded by nice cafes and restaurants as well as shopping. It has a nice park at the front of the apartment and many grocery stores nearby. The Granada Cathedral is less than 5 mins walk away and there are many nice churches nearby. You can reach many viewpoints within 20 minutes walk. The staff were great, they were helpful, courteous and very responsive. Check-in was speedy and wonderful by Mr. David Fernandez who personally showed us the location of the apartment and help us with our luggages. Highly recommended and value for money too. Will definitely return if we visit Granada again.

Great location for La Alhambra, Albaicin, historic & modern areas of town. A spacious, well equipped suite which was nicely decorated & comfortable. The staff at the 24hr reception of the adjacent hotel with the same name were very friendly & helpful with recommendations, directions, ordering taxis & arranging a clothes rack to dry clothes that I washed in the machine provided.

The shower leaked at the base of the pipes so the water pressure of the hand held & monsoon shower heads were both quite weak. This would probably have been sorted out but, as we were only staying 4 nights, we didn’t report this & forgot to do so when we left very early on our last day.

Fantastic location for historic centre of Granada and all the vibrant evening bars and eateries. Despite being so central it was very quiet at night. Very comfortable bed and the little terrace was lovely to enjoy the afternoon sunshine. I think maybe only the third floor unit has the terrace. I would highly recommend this apartment.

The first day a lady arrived to clean quite early. We asked her to come back later which she did. Then we did not have anyone clean for the rest of our 4 nights. The apartment did not need cleaning or laundry changing in a short stay but having someone stop by to empty the waste bin would have been good.

Brilliant location, inner city amongst the old streets, plenty of restaurants, bars etc, 2 minutes to the Cathederal. The apartment was ideal for a couple, adequate kitchen, fridge hotplates, microwave kitchenware. Pastery shop, fruit stall convinience store close by for breakfast or eat at close by restaurant. Around 5 EURO taxi to Alhambra. Tourist train stop 150 meters away. Would have liked to stay longer, you need at least three nights. Comfortable lounge, dining area. good wifi.

Slight smell in bathroom. Check in office in Capuchina Street just off the plaza de trinidad, not mentioned in check in instructions.

Simply an excellent place to stay in Granada! The room is very clean and comfortable with plenty of space. Bed and pillows were very comfy. Air-conditioning, fridge, washing machine, literally everything you could need. Check-in at the main hotel reception was quick and easy, and they stored our luggage for us when we checked-out.

Can hear a tiny bit of street noise every now and then as we had a balcony above a popular walking street. Nothing major at all and everything else was perfect!

Location is excellent and the furnishing is of good quality. Staff are relaxed and helpful. A very good choice if you want to do everything worth doing in Granada.

No negatives. A tip for travellers: If you stay, go to the Hotel Trinidad around the corner. That is where you check in.

The location is excellent, right at the centre!! Breakfast was better but there is room for improvement to be best. The apartment is clean with the necessary equipment. Overall the stay was great and I would definitely come back again.

The link to get to the entrance is not accurate, it takes you to the back instead of the front desk. Luckily the staff came to to direct us to the right way. They need to update this part

Spacious, amazing value, great location near the cathedral. Got a room with a patio which was enjoyed. Many windows so great for sunlight!!! So nice to be able to do laundry too. Fully stocked kitchenette.

No coffee machine. Shower could be seen from living space, which didn’t bother me as a solo traveler but would not work if you traveled with friends or family

Everything went smoothly. The check-in was easy; the location next to the charming Trinidad square is great; the apartment was clean and well-appointed; it was serviced while we were out; the hotel receptionist helped us when we left our key in the apartment.

Situated in a really nice place, the apartment was very cozy. It was really clean and had everything of your necessity required for a short stay. PS: Just make sure to first go to the hotel reception to collect the key and not at the apartment. The reception is on the front facing side of the same building as that of apartment.
