I liked so much the friendly and helpful staff members. I likes the modern furniture and kitchen. it is in the middle of city attraction sites and shopping and restaurants.

A better information about the way one has to follow in pressing the door code, i.e. the rhythm and frequency has to be constant not too fast and no interruption. This will require someone to dictate the code and you press the button or you need to have your phone light on and you press the buttons with constant frequency. Also a zoom-in map of the flat. It is not located on the main street and the phone gps get lost inside the small roads surrounding the flat, maybe a nearby known area such as the Cathedral or the nearby Plaza. If you are very sensitive to noise, then you may ask for a flat in the higher floors (3 or 4), as the first floor flat is close to a busy street.

Check in was simple and the apartment was clean, functional and well appointed. It was in a great location, close to a good coffee shop, lots of bars and restaurants and within walking distance of Alhambra.

The kitchen was fairly well appointed but there were no knives for cutting so preparing a meal would be difficult. The TV wasn’t a smart TV with apps available. The balcony just enabled you to open the doors, not a balcony for sitting.

Very nice apartment, super central. Hairdryer and iron of high quality, kitchen has all the basics you need. Breakfast next doors is nice. Includes a sandwich (with nice vegetarian option!), coffee/tea and orange juice and the possibility to order additional things at extra cost. Especially nice since the apartment does not have any hosts/reception, so the people in the cafe were very helpful by answering some of our questions about the city. Very recommended.

The online reception desk took quite some time to reply, by that time we already solved it ourselves. By urgent matters giving them a call might be better.

It was clean and feels new. Location is great. Liked how helpful and quick the staff responded (communicated via WhatsApp). Even provided a welcome pack and a separate pack of cleaning materials, laundry and dish soap etc.

The sofa bed wasn’t of best condition as the stand at foot of bed wasn’t as stable when it was opened. We were booked for 3 but was given amenities for 2 (eg. water)

Fantastic location, bars restaurants and cafes at the doorstep. Apartment was clean and modern, well equipped and spacious. Building had a lift. Would stay here again.

Check-in process was straightforward enough but if you aren’t digitally adept it could be a struggle. Without phone data (international visitors) you’d need to connect to the wifi to gain access to checkin info. Not a problem because all nearby cafes offer free wifi, but a slight adjustment to the traditional check-in process. Too many emails reminding me to check-in digitally - one is enough. Other than that process, everything else was excellent.

Great location, in the middle of old part of Granada. A lot of restaurants, shops and places to enjoy sightseeing. Apartment is cozy but well equipped and met all our requirements.

It's bit loud in the late evening and early morning, especially for restaurants' deliveries and emptying waste bins. But great location fully compensates

Super easy access just with a code. The complex has an elevator. Good location, close to main sites and restaurants. The apartment was clean and organized. Nice crib for the baby.

The location was awesome, but of course when you stay in the middle of everything it could get a bit noisy, that is the only negative, we could hear trucks and such in the early morning hours.

A perfect location in the middle of the center close to restaurants and stores and its even possible to walk to the Elhambra. The appartment is very clean, the beds are good and the reception is very helpful. Its lovely to have your breakfast through the appartment at breakfast place 'Stories'.

The apartment is in the center of a nice square with good restaurants and cafes. Professionally managed. Access through the app, everything is invincible. The beds are comfortable, and so is the sofa (as comfortable as a sofa can be.

it's noisy, but it's like sleeping in a square. It is a bit narrow, some furniture is superfluous.

The checkin in procedure, i had to do the checkin 3 times, twice online, one time upon arrival on an ipad, because they send you an another Email 3 hours before arrival while you’re traveling, thinking everything is done, upon arrival you need to do it all again, including all passport and personal details again, which is annoying, After collecting your info online, they should send the entry code so you can go straight to your apartment, rather then to have to hassle the system for 30 minutes in a cold hallway.
