The four-star hotel is extraordinary value, you get a lot for what you pay. Location in downtown Granada is excellent, only a five-minute walk from the Cathedral and near Navas Street, full of typical bars and restaurants. The room is spacious and modern, a pleasant place to rest. The many reception staff members are friendly and efficient.

My opinion is that dirty wet towels should not be folded again by the cleaning staff members as they don't get dry properly and they can eventually smell. A spare small bar of soap would have been nice considering that I have stayed in the room for six nights.

Excellent location, situated in the heart of Granada, close to lots of shops, bars and restaurants. Walkable distance to the Alhambra and Cathedral. Room was clean and functional, with a single bed, TV and plenty storage space. The shower room was clean, great water pressure and nice toiletries provided. Very friendly and professional staff. I didn't try the bar or restaurant, so can't comment.

Walls were a bit thin and being situated next to the lift meant it got quite noisy at times. Parking with discounted rate of 18 Euros per night (remember to collect ticket from the downstairs booth before you go to the hotel) is in a public car park about 250 metres away, and being a Saturday afternoon in the city centre, it was full when I arrived, so I had to drive around Granada for a while until there were spaces available.

The hotel is just right in the heart of the city center. Shopping and restaurants were just as they were, next door. I liked the room, it was good and comfortable. The coffee and tea facilities were very good. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with fresh products, neatly served with fresh fruit and a variety of cold meat. Excellent internet connection. Staff was kind and ready to help.

Nice traditional well refurbished hotel in an excellent location. The breakfast is well assorted with fresh sessonal fruits. Good powerful shower with easy temperature adjustment. Comfortable bed and ample fully opening window. The room had a nice desk that I did not use as it was not a work trip.

Some parts of the wooden linings showed some age. I'd have liked some more milk options, there were just cold and hot, maybe soy or skimmed, or both...

The staff was very helpful and kind. The location is great. The bathroom was big and modern.

The table in the room was not very comfortable for working. The heating was a bit noisy. The sink in the bathroom was placed a bit too high.

Staff are great, friendly, helpful & smiley. Central location, very convenient. Room is reasonably big & there's a bench where we can put our big luggage on. Overall, we had a good 2 night stay.

I have nothing I dislike, but have 2 suggestions to the hotel. First is the signage at the hotel front. It is not highly visible, so one can easily walk pass & miss the entrance. Secondly, the hotel lobby can be brighter & bigger to give a more up market feel.

The hotel was very central which was important to us. We booked single rooms and they were very good. We had everything we needed.

A view would have been nice but we didn't expect it. We would take the central location, rather than a nice view!

Location was perfect! Easy walk from train station and to la Alhambra and conference center. Stage were very friendly and helpful with anything needed.

The room had a dim light (I'm guessing for emergency exit), that was constantly on, even during the night. The light was quite strong and it disrupted my sleep.

It was a comfortable stay. Location was ideal.

Breakfast could have been better, at least there should have been different varieties in different days.
