The view of the penthouse was great. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The facilities were very clean and the location was exceptional.

Driving around the location is not for rookies. Unlock the latinoamerican driving skills before attempting driving within. Parking optiosn are available though on the expensive side. Otherwise, location is unmatchable.

Nice and clean apartment and structure, at walking distance from the city centre. The pool is highly appreciated considering the summer temperatures. It is small but still helps. Maybe there was too much chlorine but not a big deal. Recommended!

Public underground parking very close to the apartment is extremely expensive! In our case, 25 euros for just over 12 hours! The parking doesn't belong to the structure but they suggest it and I believe they should at least make the customer aware of the prices. Only one stove to cook is not enough. A second induction stove would be appreciated.

Access to the apartment was very easy as you receive all codes by whatsapp. We stayed in a ground floor apartment which was very clean and modern. There was a nice patio to sit outside for a drink or to relax which we enjoyed a lot.

The windows are all blinded to give you some privacy as you are on the ground floor but it made me feel a bit locked up, luckily there are two small windows you can open. You can hear guests coming home at night quite loudly, but the host is not responsible for this. Guests returning home should respect their neighbours more.

Excellent location as it is in the centre of everything. Rooms are spacious, clean and have the basics needed. The office/reception was open daily during our stay which was reassuring although we did not need to access them. Polite staff on site. The apartments are decorated well, with lovely big windows and wooden shutters. The apartment felt very safe once inside for the night,

Lacked some standard amenienties in room, for example iron and ironing board & kettle. This may be a problem for longer stays,(we stayed for 2 nights so managed without ironing). The accomodation felt like a service flat, fine for short stays but may lack charm & ambience for longer stays. Access details had not been sent at the allocated time, which meant we had to try, unsucessfully, to contact the accomodation agents. Thankfully the agent arrived within the hour and all was resolved.

Great location, easy to find, very quiet. Clear instructions from the reception before arrival. Bakery around the corner, Carrefour express 10 min walking distance, numerous restaurants, bus stops from where you can connect conveniently to different attractions. Getting bus card if you are staying for a couple of days makes sense - 30 min stroll to Alhambra or Albacin doesn't sound bad until you add up the hill, summer, and possible fatigue from previous days of walking around. The apartment was spacious, more than enough for a couple. Kitchen utensils basic. If you were wondering like myself, if there is a microwave- yes, there is one in the cupboard. In general, quite comfortable and nice place.

The knifes were dull. A bit pricey for a single traveller.

Good position close to the center, the structure is very nice and the staff is always available to give suggestions and help. The room has everything you need and also soap/shampoo/dryer in the toilet

My room (Apt 2) was at the ground floor, so little privacy. In the room there is also a big noise of flushing water because of the fountain in the courtyard, but fortunately stops at 7PM. The room is very big and furnished but the toilet is very small compared and the shower is really really small, even though the water is very strong.

Exceptionally well organised, friendly helpfully staff. Very clean & nicely furnished with very comfortable large bed. Has a lift as well as stairs. Spacious & well equipped- couldn't ask for more. Central location to all shops, bars & sight seeing. Plenty car parks within 5 - 8 min walk, park & pay at machines, no need tonpre-book and this was Easter week ! Great communication from host from time of booking to stay. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT

We stayed in the superior apartment and it was very spacious. Comfortable sofa and chair, fully stocked kitchenette. The view into the courtyard added to the experience of being in Grandad and the sound of the fountain was very relaxing. Bed was again very comfortable. Linen and towels were well stocked and easy to use shower. Apartment was exceptionally clean. The apartment reception staff were so helpful and on hand. We will definitely come back to ISA apartments and to beautiful friendly Granada. Thank you for such a great stay.

Quiet and secure room with good amenities in a great location. Staff was very friendly and communication was excellent. Seamless arrival and departure. Luna parking lot is super close to property.

More of a heads up. There is a lift, but if you stay in the attic/penthouse, there is one flight of stairs beyond the elevator to reach the flat.
