Excellent location. Right bang in the middle of everything. Good transport links too. The Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was orange juice, hot beverage and a choice of toast, rolls with meat or plant based fillers croissants or toasties with ham and cheese etc, adequate and good for us as we don't normally have a large breakfast. Coffee was excellent. The cafe staff were exceptional .The reception staff were overworked but did it with a smile. Good internet and access to a lounge with computer. Baggage storage if you are early or departing later. Would stay here again.

Excellent location, in the middle of the downtown shopping area near all sightseeing points. Rooms are very clean double roo is spacious and comfortable. WIFI signal was excellent. The front desk is open 24/7 which is very imortant if you are leaving hotel late night/early morning.

One of the receptionists was not particularly helpful and nice, the younger ones were excellent. The brekfast should have more options and there is only one person serving it. The AC is positioned right oposit of bed, which makes it impossible to hae AC on during night. :(

The location is perfect for walking to most of the significant tourist areas and historic sites of Grenada. The staff were very friendly and helpful in giving directions. We arranged a Flamenco show and we're picked up and dropped off by a shuttle outside the hotel entrance. The hotel is close to the train station and it only cost about 6 or 7 euros to catch a taxi.

The breakfast at the hotel was okay, but there was a limited menu compared to breakfasts we had at other hotels throughout Spain.

The room furniture was relatively modern and practical. The location is good.

- There wasn’t a trash bin in the room. Only in the bathroom. - Only one towel was cleaned/replaced everyday, and the other towels were left uncleaned (see the picture). - On my second day when I got back to the room at noon after a morning trip, the AC wasn’t working, tried to call the reception but didn’t find any instruction in the room about the reception number, so I got down to the reception and informed them about the issue. They acted immediately and fixed the issue in seconds after pressing some buttons in the reception desk. - Noises from other rooms were heard very loud.

Proximity to Puerta Real, Plaza Nueva and centre. The terrace restaurant was good for breakfast and a quiet evening drink. The staff doing housekeeping, breakfast/terrace and reception were all well mannered, excellent and hrlpful

The A/C was not working and insufficient hangers or drawers in the wardrobe.

Location is great, situated centrally in Granada, with excellent connection to the tram ("Metro Granada") and access to historic center and easy walk to Alhambra. Hotel is clean, staff friendly and helpful

The only thing that stacks out as a major-is negative is a poor sound proofing of the rooms, which means that guests checking in or returning to the room at night might wake you up.

Best thing about this hotel is its location. Easy walking distance to all major attractions. The rooftop bar is also a bonus - good selection of tapas to accompany your choice of refreshments. Try to avoid rooms facing the street if you like a lie-in.

Room a little small but adequate for single use. Would have preferred a walk-in shower.

The location is perfect, it is right in the centre of Granada in the midst of shops, bars and restaurants. The staff are friendly and there is a lovely bar on the top floor which also serves good food. We have stayed there at least twice a year for the last few years. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable.

Location was ideal , very easy to find and parking facilities nearby.

We were first floor next to lift so a bit noisy . Also opened window as room was a bit stuffy , but we were above reception so heard a lot of talking when guests checking in . Rooms are comfortable but decor very basic , which is why it’s reasonably priced .

Great location, with parking just across the road. The bed was very comfortable and a fridge was a nice addition

No hooks in the bathroom, towels had long black curly hair on them, the bathroom tap was awkwardly placed and one bedside light didn’t work
