When found, the staff was friendly. If here is enough snow, you can walk to the start of a piste, at the end of the local road. Kitchen was OK equipped. Heating sensor that worked and allows to controll the room temperature. Beds were good and clean.

Name on the building is NOT 'appartementos Montreal'. This was very confusing at arrival. The indoors parking garage is a mission impossible. Don't even think of parking there. Parking on the street is free however, in this high section of Pradollano. But that only works on workdays and when it does NOT snow. Bathroom needs some fixing.

Easy to find the property and reception was very efficient. Because of the location, the views were amazing looking over the whole resort, the city of Granada and as far as the eye can see in a north westerly direction.

Our apartment was a little dated inside but perfectly clean. We didn't use the kitchenette but all the facilities were present. The apartment is located right at the very top of the resort which is an unrealistic walk from the town centre - there is however a great little shuttle bus that services all areas of the resort for 2 euro each trip and stops just at the junction 150m away from the apartment. For the price paid for one night, it was never expected that the apartment would be in the centre!

We had a balcony in our room overlooking the slopes. The apartments are quite basic and a little dated but have everything you need. The apartments make a skiing holiday affordable. There is a great restaurant attached to the hotel which services really good food at reasonable prices. The wine is reasonable too.

The apartments could do with some modernising but I guess they would then have to put their prices up.

The owner and staff were so lovely - friendly, helpful, etc. The place is a little far from the centre bit the cable car is only 5 mins walk away so very convenient. The views from the rooms down the valley were spectacular :))

The food was plentiful but fairly average (especially the desserts). The options were also very limited for vegetarians and there were no actual vegetarian options on the half board menu, which seems odd in 2023 with so many non meat eaters around. They did try to modify the existing options to suit our vegetarian daughter (thank you!) but with mixed success. It was only on our last night that we realised there was a completely separate menu for paying guests to the restaurant and we probably would have paid extra to eat off that menu if we'd known. The rooms could also do with more radiators/drying racks given that it's a ski resort - we came home with wet clothes every day and not enough places to hang them. Probably ok if you're a couple not harder with 4 people.

Location- close to the slope and a chairlift taking you down to the village. Good and comfortable Shower was hot Kitchen was basic but good

There was nothing to clean the apartment: mop and a broom would be great Kettle, a chopping board would be very useful in the kitchen No recycling bin outside, we had to walk quite far to find one In the evening you need to walk quite far to the nearest shop or a bar

We loved our stay. Very cosy and excellent views of the slopes. Our host Rocio was wonderful and ever so helpful in whatever we needed. Check in and check out was incredibly easy. We love that they are completely dog friendly and are very well priced for allowing us to bring pets. Which is so nice as many people over charge when travelling with dogs. Thank you so much Rocio! I’m sure we will be back one day

We loved everything!

Much bigger accommodation than we expected. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen and bathroom, great view from the balcony.

Bad wifi. Not a lot of hot water in the bathroom (e.g.: we weren't able to fill the bath before it turned cold unfortunately). Not a really big deal, but we expected there to be some basics in the kitchen (salt, pepper, cooking oil), but there weren't.

it was a great location for the ski lift I to town. it had a balconies by. Great views. in-site restaurant.

The beds made a lot of noise when you moved around. That’s the only bad thing I have to say.

The mattress was very comfortable!

The smell of the room from the bathroom pipes, and not having a place to dry wet clothes. Better knives to cut onions and other foods.

Great apartment, had everything required for a comfortable stay. Was warm, clean and comfortable, with amazing views :) Staff were friendly and helpful.
