We appreciated the fast response, because this was very last minute decision! It wasn't the ski season in the town, so the value was excellent for a whole apartment! It was spacious, with 3 beds and 1 convertible sofa. Kitchen with all the appliances, refrigerator, an electric stove. There was a balcony with a gorgeous view, but also thick blinds, if the sun is too bright. Wifi and TV included.

There was a bug in one bedroom, and one of the beds squeaked loudly, so one of us had to use the sofa. But the sofa was good!

We got a room upgrade for free, in exchange for a review. But I gave a high rating because I really liked it. We got 2 full bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen and two separate bathrooms. There were heaters in every room, so it was warm, and there was a washing machine and a dishwasher in the kitchen. It takes 3 minutes to walk to the ski lifts. Mountain view. The staff was friendly and spoke English. The Internet was not working, but when we told about it, we were immediately provided with a mobile router that worked fine. The interior is a bit old, but it didn't matter to us, everything worked and that was the main thing. It was clean. Lots of new cooking utensils. An excellent offer for its price. From the recommendations for the administration: the mugs in the cupboard are not very convenient, it is better to replace them with a simpler shape and a larger size) And also add kitchen trifles such as salt, pepper, sugar, frying oil. This is useful for anyone who rents a house with a kitchen for a few days. Thank you, we will be back)

Every now and again you meet someone who is just outstanding. This was our experience with Àngel he was warm welcoming and informative, his experience in hospitality was evident and to put the 'cherry on the cake' he noted it was my sister's 40th birthday and gave us an amazing apartment Thank you 😄 The property was warm and cosy sooooo important when you come in from the slopes it was immaculately clean and had all the extras you could need good view of the town to too it off

We liked everything

Great location at the bottom of the ski station where the only out-of-season restaurants could be found. Spacious apartment with all expected cooking facilities. Warm reception from TodoSierraNevada and clear instructions made check-in straightforward.

The apartments are a little bit dated however I believe the price reflects this as as such I'd say they are still excellent value for money.

Super friendly staff in the office where we collected the keys, everything was clear and easy Apartment was great! basic, but had everything we needed and a fantastic view right in the town center and very easy to get to the ski lifts superb value for money

it was mildly noisy at night due to the bars below but the quieter areas are up a hill so make a decision - i prefer to live with a bit of noise than walk up the hill everyday! :)

Really, Angel of the reception staff was great and the partnership ski rentals nearby were phenomenal. Access to the lift was also at a good distance; I would say about a 3-5 minute walk. Also, it was good to have a lot of food and drink options in the town.

The staff is SUPER nice, the view is beautiful and the location is perfect! The apartment was renewed recently and looks great. It's warm, cozy and the shower is very good.

One of the rooms has no storage and the other one has a window to the hall, which can get noisy over night (not exactly the host's fault).

As always clean. We were upgraded to a bigger apartment. Check in was fast and flawless. We appreciate being able to bring our dog.

The property really needs some updating (311 MONTBLANC a) and perhaps checking on the kitchen items. Only 2 mugs. Perhaps an upgrade to a smart tv too as it’s nice to stream films when you are tired at the end of a day snowboarding and just want to relax :) also the beds are quite hard.

Great location, right next to everything, restaurant, bar, shops, and most importantly lift to go skying. They gave me even a bigger room than what I reserved, and kept my luggage all day after check out so I could go skying. overall very good experience

Location was perfect - in the centre but quiet. We were upgraded to a bigger apartment that had a fantastic balcony The communication with agency was great - quick at responding, good English and very friendly. They gave us great directions on where to collect keys and everything was perfect.

Could have done with a few more glasses in the apartment but otherwise very well equipped kitchen
