Great location, super friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast and spacious room with high quality bed

Our room layout was a bit weird with the "bathroom sink" right at the entrance in the open space of the room

Great location. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. They even cleaned our dusty windshield (we were getting around to it!) before we got back to the car park. Little touches like that really made the visit a lovely and welcome surprise. The room was very nice and the pool though small was great to chill out in at the end of the day, overlooking the city. 14/10 would return.

I'd agree with the other comments: a kettle and coffee machine in the bedroom would be preferred. We Irish get separation anxiety if we are too far from teabags and hot water.

This comfort and clean hotel has various good respects. First of all, every staff are very kind and helpful, especially the receptionist is wonderful who explained about the hotel and all points of the Granada. He explains attractions and places to go and how without any direct offer of the hotel. Second,, location is good. It has good approach to the historic area without crowd mess. Third, room condition is very good. Clean, warm and cozy, Finally, I have to touch with the staff. They gave me a late check-out and I enjoy the final times in Granada. The room maid found us and gave my lost charger in the cafeteria.

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. The bed was very comfortable. There is a lift. The staff were super helpful. The breakfast is very good although expensive so we didn’t do it much. (Around the corner is a tiny place with excellent egg and ham bagels.) coffee all day and it’s very good. Nice coffee machine in the room. It is easy to get everywhere- close to buses and taxis, lots of restaurants.

I really hate hip design that is done without regard to practicality. There was only a tiny area around the sink for toiletries even though there was plenty of room to install shelves or drawers. The “wardrobe” was one of those open concept things that is not practical and also leaves the room looking very messy. Breakfast was very expensive. We purchased a to-go breakfast our last day for the same price (almost 20 Euro) and it was extremely disappointing and not very good. For the cost of this place I just expected more. Our self catered locations on our trip were much more comfortable and accommodating.

This is a beautiful hotel right in the heart of the city, making everything easily accessible on foot. The staff were polite from the moment we arrived, and our room was amazing with excellent amenities. The breakfast was also very good.

What needs immediate improvement, however, is the pool area. The pool itself is quite small, but that's not the main issue. It seems the management hasn't given it the attention it needs. There's a tile inside the pool that makes it look dirty, even though it isn't. They could easily replace it with a mosaic colourful tile and refresh the entire look of the area.

My room was at the side of the building at the end of the corridor and was pretty quiet. The curtains really kept the light out for a good sleep. I loved the design and colour scheme of the rooms and the hotel overall. The bed was huge and comfortable. Nice toiletries. Delicious breakfast with a good selection and availability even when I went down towards the end of service. The reception staff were always so helpful, informative, and friendly.

My only complaint (and it's a tiny one) is that the shower door wouldn't stay shut which meant it felt a little chilly in the shower sometimes. Not a big deal though

This boutique hotel is a great hotel for any visit to Granada whether it's for work or leisure. The staff were amazingly nice, always with a smile on their faces and always keen to help you make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The rooms were extremely comfortable, with a really nice bed and a nice smart TV. The hotel is also very well located in a premium part of town, really close to the main attractions - everything can be done by foot which is great! Finally, we also really liked the small details the hotel carved out: a nice card when we checked out which was a nice attention and some delicious almonds when we checked in the hotel. I fully recommend this hotel!

Nothing really to point out! We really liked it!

The hotel is just wonderful. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The courtyard is beautiful and the location of the hotel is incredibly convenient for both visiting the old city and reaching the hotel via public transport or taxi. The beds were also incredibly cozy and the bathrooms were exceptionally clean.

There is nothing I didn't like, it was perfect for our stay. The only thing to note is that the hotel does not offer many facilities outside of the pool and courtyard (ie Spa or fitness centre).

The location was perfect, right in the center of Granada, with the court Inglés and restaurants and cafes near by. All the tourist attraction were a walking distance, and the bus stops a minute from the hotel. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. They tried their best to make our stay nice, and they succeeded! The room was big and we could walk and put our bags comfortably.

Their clean service isn’t the best. After the room was cleaned there was still hair on the floor. However nothing major that made our stay unbearable. Also, the sink was open to the room which was weird. Would’ve preferred if it was hidden in the washroom.

Great place, great location and sone rally good tapas bars in the street behind the hotel. Parking in the base ment. Easy comnunication. So friendly receptionists. One of them, Mari Cruz made sure we had a great stay. The breakfast was delicious, and the guy working the breakfast was super friendly and made the most amazing truffle omelette and fresh made orange juice to everyone🙌

The bathroom was a little bit dirty, but overall we got a bacony and a room far away down the hall, Nice and quiet.
