the area is beautiful, quiet and with amazing views of the Alhambra nearby, the staff are very helpful, the pool is a great bonus when it's hot. The setting and courtyard are very peaceful and you can walk to the Alhambra (down and up). I recommend finding the viewpoints close by at night - lovely views of the Alhambra lit up and sometimes some music and a fun atmosphere with other tourists enjoying the view

Late check in is not an option at all and I didn't realise until after I paid so I lost the money for the first night. I would not recommend walking from town with a suitcase as it's uphill and cobbled streets and hard to find the place (but not impossible!) There isn't a kitchen but the peace and lovely space make up for that. I'm glad I didn't have to sleep on the top bunk in the dorm room as it's very very high.

Excellent location on the heart of the historic Albaicin barrio. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice 'bijou' pool, perfect for a refreshing dip after a hard day's sightseeing. Lots of good bars and restaurants nearby. Plenty of outdoor seating to relax.

Breakfast is offered for 9€ pp, which, imo, is a tad pricey for a Spanish breakfast. There is a very nice bakery about 200m away (take out only) where you can get a fabulous croissant and very good coffee for 4€. There are, of course, lots of other cafes dotted around t neighbourhood.

This hostel is like a hidden gem. Very well situated and decorated. The two views from our room were so nice. I love the inside garden where in the summer would be nice place to sit and relax. The stuff was very polite and helpful.

The only problem that every tourist coming by car would have is the parking of course. Albazin is closed for non-residential cars so people parked on the main street, C. Morillo or in the few available city parking.

The house is located in the Albayzin which means gettibg there involves climbing some steep streets. We had a shared room with 4 beds, which was very beautiful. However, there is only one small cupboard and the top beds are very high.

I liked the cleaning service in the room, even though I was not informed that every day someone would come to clean the bathroom - i would have prefered to know that in advance. I like the pool and the general impression the hotel did - it was really beautiful.

I expected that, like in a typical hostel, there would be some kind of common room with comfy furniture to hang on with other guests, make a tea or cofee... which was practically impossible. Also a small kitchen anex available for everyone would be awesome.

Great location and facilities. The staffs are the best we experienced on our 10 day trip in Spain. They made our stay in Granada super enjoyable. We'd would certainly love to come back soon as we can enjoy a couple more days in the beautiful city of Granada.

The hostel was amazing. I really enjoyed my days there. The staff was lovely. Especially the lady from Peru she was so happy and smiley and made an extra effort to speak to me and other guests although there was language barriers she didn’t stop communicating with me a massive credit to your hostel The whole place was clean & stylish a real high standard My only criticism is. I was told in the morning of my due check out that I could extend my stay and keep my bed so I went out on a tour , booked a coach for next day. To then get a phone call that I could no longer stay that night. & after me begging for them to let me stay they found me a room for 40 euro more I still had to come and pack my things to move. I found a cheaper hostel & regretfully stayed else wher the last njhht. I will highly recommend this hostel to everyone. It’s done so well & a great location

Excellent quiet retreat, very clean and close to the historic sites. Pool is very small but nice to cool off. Very nice overall for the value.

Hostel room was great because no one else booked, otherwise there are no lockers which would have been difficult.

No hostel can beat this location. It's an old authentic Granadera house in the Albaicín that has recently been renovated with taste and respect for its history. The staff was super kind – especially the Polish receptionist during the morning shift. Make sure to book well in advance during weekends.

Oasis of tranquility in het old quarter. Wonderfull to have a pool and garden to spend the hottest hours of the day. Nice restaurants at short walking distance, the Alhambra and Sacromonte were also reachable on foot. Highly recommended!
