The location is fantastic. Our room “overlooked” the Dorra, small stream across the street, behind a wall and down the hill, but gave us a great view, from the narrow balcony, of the walls of the Alhambra waaaay up the hill and the narrow, mostly pedestrian street below. The bed was comfortable, the room is bright and airy, everything was clean. There were two chairs to sit in, 2 occasional tables, a huge armoire. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Apparently I am a messy showerer, so the half glass (vertical) enclosure did not catch all the water I splashed. A trivial complaint. Also, just a word to the curious. A month out is not adequate time to order your Alhambra Nasrid Palace tickets. Commit.

Personally I would have liked tea and coffee facilities in the room. There was coffee in reception but you paid for it. Again, personally, it was an old style coil sprung mattress so the springs made a noise when you moved. Maybe new style memory foam would have been lovely. I’m nitpicking now. Overall good hotel.

This hotel is lovely, perfect for a short stay. Very centrally location! The receptionist was also very lovely and helpful. I liked the layout / interior decor of the hotel, felt more like a traditional / historical home in Albaicin!

It was a bit noisy at night due to guest talking loudly in the lobby area. Since it’s an open space with balconies, you can hear every conversation they’re having. The bathroom and bedroom could do with more ventilation or use of some nice fragrance, as it smelt of cleaning products. And after use, it smelt a bit damp. Would recommended to keep the windows open for ventilation.

I loved being able to step out onto the street and see the Allambra and mingle with the crowds. It was an easy walk to the Arabian quarter and a little longer and hilly to Sacromante. The room was nicely decorated, the bed was comfortable, and the room had a heater. I had a really quirky large bathroom with a spa. It was lovely. The staff were amazing. They were so helpful with information. It was next to a good breakfast place and a tapas bar.

I think that it may have been better to offer snacks for free or not at all.

The location was ideal and the property is beautiful - a converted convent with lots of history. Our room was comfortable and quiet - despite how busy the neighbourhood was. We had a view of the Alhambra from our bumpout window. It was close to the Alhambra, the Albaicín area, fantastic restaurants, and great shopping and sights

The bathroom was lovely, but there was a tile missing and the shower was a bit tricky to get “just right.” Very minor complaint.

Location was great Staff were pleasant and helpful Room was clean and comfortable, to the point that we bought bedding from reception! Luggage drop available Coffe and tea station at reception We parked outside the centre, and got a taxi to the hotel Much easier than trying g to navigate the narrow traffic system

This is a lovely place to stay in the historical district near Alhambra ! Lovely room with wonderful view and retro design that I liked very much , typical Andalusian architectural style of the building , and walking distance to Alhambra . The staff was very nice and helpful . I enjoyed my stay . And would definitely stay there again. There are so many restaurants near by and the area is very lively and vibrant . You can her the sound of the river that is just next to the hotel . Definitely worth staying and enjoying Granada and Alhambra.

Great location! Right across from Darro river with views of the Alhambra. Very busy street (lots of tourists in awe of the view) but worth it. The receptionist, Vlada was very helpful and so wonderful! Went out of her way to accommodate my needs.

The bathroom was a bit tight but worked out just fine. Can't really complain - it's walking distance to attractions one would want to see.

We have stayed here before and it didn’t disappoint. Great location, lovely room with views of the Alhambra. The underfloor heating was a bonus. You could hear sounds from the street but it didn’t worry us. Friendly and helpful staff, really appreciated the coffee/tea facilities at reception

A lovely stay in a gorgeous building on the canal. I had a wonderful view of the Alhambra from my bedroom windows. Id stay again

A tiny bit noisy from the main street downstairs but nothing unmanageable The room wasn't big enough to accommodate a medium sized suitcase open so it had to be placed in the room's corridor for my stay.
