We were a group of 15 people of all ages; we stayed for 5 nights.Fantastic location, in the heart of everything but on a quiet side street. Convenient bus lines nearby, plenty of taxis on the closest main street and, if you prefer, walkable to almost everywhere. The building is divided into one or two apartments on each of 5 floors (including the ground floor) with a large roof patio where we had family dinners on the nights we didn't eat out. The apartments are well appointed with numerous bathrooms. Lots of dishes and towels. Grocery stores nearby. 24-hour parking garage also near. Fernando was responsive and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very central position in the city. Easy to get around from. Apartment was nicely laid out, very spacious and comfortable.

The Lemon Rock bar is directly opposite. Their clientele stand outside the window of the apartment to smoke and talk very loudly until about 3 am.

The apartment is bigger than excpected, it has everything, the staff is so kind and infront of the apartment was a so beautiful bar that i suggest you to spend the night there. The only problem was that the room is a little noisy at night but you can deal with it. We really like the location it was away maximom 10 minutes from everything.

Well situated apartment. Fernando was very helpful in the lead up to my visit including finding parking close by. Everything was clean and comfortable

I would have liked a kettle in the apartment but it wasn’t a deal breaker!

The apartament is located close to the center. The area is quite and safe.

The bathroom was wheelchair accessible but the water flooded the bathroom when you showered.

Everything. There was ample space for everyone and it had everything we needed. Fernando was amazing and was always happy to help.

Nothing. It was extremely hot when we visited Granada and because of that we had to ask for an extra fan (even though the air-con was working fine) which Fernando quickly arranged for us.

Our warm welcome from our affable host set the ambience of a very enjoyable stay in Granada.The apartment was excellent!

Because it was the ground floor apartment, It was a bit noisy, from street and you can even hear everyone around.

great location, and interesting neighbourhood, easy access to town We used the place as a crash pad, and it is fit for that purpose

We were expecting to get a concessional rate for the local public parking, but this was not the case.

Central location.

Tiny apartment, and a normal sized person could barely fit into the shower. Although secure parking was provided at.extra cost, it was such a nightmare to access we forfeited a day of our stay because we couldn't cope with getting the car in and out of the car lift.
