Plenty of space in the bedroom, comfortable bed and good TV reception. 4 of the 5 nights were very quiet in the hotel, ideal for my nervous dog. Friday night was busier, but as the room was near the end of the corridor we still had a quiet night

On Booking.com the hotel says "Public parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and charges may be applicable." and "Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable." In fact, the hotel always charges. I twice asked the hotel about the charges via Booking.com and didn't get a reply, so I called the phone number given - it was the chain's office in Almeria, The charging system is unnecessarily complicated. I parked for free on the street. If the costs had been displayed on Booking.com then I would have given a higher rating.

My daughter and I loved the hotel, excellent breakfast and lunches. The indoor pool was super nice and Veronika loved the kids club and I enjoyed the exercise program every day at 10 am. These programs were a lovely bonus to already pleasant stay. We loved the maintained garden around with everything blooming in February. Felt very welcomed and comfortable here. We plan to return again hopefully in next few years.

All staff was very friendly and there were activities almost at any time of the day. Just bear in mind the kids clubs (there are 3, depending on age) are from 3 yo and on. In the restaurant, there was a show-cooking area with freshly cooked omelettes (breakfast), pizzas and fish/meet (lunch/dinner).

It was hard to find a sunbed, let alone with a shade. The restaurant was what we liked less. We were with half-board. The tables at the restaurant where too tall and it was hard to reach the food. And even with the highchair, the baby could reach comfortably. Food was a bit repetitive and the labels rarely matched what was in the dishes. And it was really really crowded, even outside the pick hours. Parking is terrible in the area.

Parking wasn't a problem at this time of year. The hotel was very close to the beach. Very attentive staff in the restaurant. Hotel room was very clean. Tea and coffee in the room was a bonus, as were pool towels.Attractive gardens and outdoor pools.

The indoor pool was quite small and was really busy. The restaurant had a pretty good choice of food but labelling could be improved. This is a family hotel and so there are lots of children. We didn't like the resort which seemed soulless.

The beach, the weather and spa facilities were really good. The hotel was tranquil, and the garden was a bliss.

The food was pretty standard, not very exciting. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel for 2 days and was not impressed with any of them.

The location is great! Breakfast was decent, loads of options. The aqua sliders are great fun for the kids, especially the older ones. Decent size pools. Really good experience all in all.

A bit too crowded and consequently noisy, but this is to be expected they only had 3 more rooms available for the night.

Reception did not advice us about all included option, waiters at capitán bar you have to pay them maybe for a smile, I’m in Spain 15 years at any menu drinks cost 05 Euros and you have to pay additional amount for the soft drink machine ridiculous. Staff at the Sport bar very pleasant and professional.

Big place! Warm swimming pool and jacuzzi. Room, breakfast, easy parking, seaside location, although far from any town. Typical resort! Customer service was amazing! they even gave me a big bottle of water during check out!

It is a big place, so breakfast / dinner can be full of people.

Entertainment - Schedules, diversity and specially staff. Everyone was friendly and with a smile on their face, ready to include you in any activity.

Everything. Great location, spacious rooms and very comfortable beds, fantastic amenities, very good meals, and above all, excellent reception, bar, restaurant, pool, house and cleaning staff, who went that extra mile to make it a most enjoyable and relaxing few days.
