The hotel is a beautiful building with many interesting features. The room was very large and had a very comfortable large bed and soft pillows. The bathroom was well equipped with towels and gels. It was also very close to the town and the beaches.

The outside of the hotel definitely did not look four star. It needs some work. We also expected tea and coffee facilities in the room as is expected in a four star hotel.

The size of the room, the very comfortable bed and the free parking. The staff were all very friendly and when we had an issue with the heating in our room they quickly arranged to move us.

Nowhere within the hotel to sit and relax. We know it was out of season so we're not expecting the pool area to be open but neither was the bar and no seats in the interior courtyard area.

The name Palacio is a little misleading as I wouldn't call it a luxury accommodation. But then Sanlucar isn't a luxury destination. It's an honest and unique town with a lot going for it. The hotel is a bit dated but the friendliness of the staff, size of the rooms, large comfortable bed, and a quality breakfast make up for it. It has a free parking which was a huge bonus. On the outskirts of the old town which was perfect for me because it's more spacious and quieter. My partner and I had a wonderful stay.

A comfortable chair in the bedroom would have been very helpful. We like to relax in our room sometimes and sitting on the bed is not good for bad backs! Only other negative point was the rather scruffy area in front of the hotel.

Impressive old palace with modern facilities. Quiet. Free parking in front of hotel. 5 minutes walk from town centre.

We had a free upgrade to a superior suite (room 301) but our bedroom TV did not work and our toilet cistern made a loud gushing water noise at night, both indicative of insufficient attention to detail/poor maintenance.

A beautiful historic building that has been restored tastefully. The staff were excellent especially Carmen and Miriam who were friendly, polite and welcoming. Free parking in front of the hotel was a bonus.

The parking area in front of the hotel would benefit from some trees to make it more attractive.

The location is very close to old town

I don’t think this is a 4 star hotel as stated.The bar was not open, we couldn’t buy a drink in the hotel and the mini bar didn’t have enough drink choices, only one beer if I am not mistaken

The room was big with plenty fo storage space and a big bed! Despite the heat wave the hotel was nice and cool with tthe rooms surrounding a larga patio. Having a small swimming pool was also a bonus.

Bathroom needs some renovation, it was clean, nevertheless could be better, but I believe that was because some equipment was old and must be changed.

The hotel is just located on the border of the old center, perfect situated for going for a restaurant within 3 minutes walk. A big room with seperate bathroom. A good equiped breakfast with all serials.
