Second visit to this hotel and it was as fabulous as last year, the location right on the beach cannot be beaten and we had rooms with terraces which were superb and i wish my score could be 9.9

Only one complaint was we arrived on a sunday and our rooms were not ready but we were early and knew this would happen and after queueing at reception we were told to return at 2 ,then after 2 we returned to reception twice to find even longer queues out into the car park as a coach party had arrived and all day with a very busy day of arrivals and departures only one girl on reception.surely the hotel knew how busy it was going to be and should rota staff to suit the busiest times.

The location is PRIME. Beach front property with food, drink and shopping options close by. Staff was excellent. Everone had a smile and was very accommodating. The pool bartender, Musta, was extremely helpful with the large umbrellas on the pool deck and he makes an awesome cocktail. We had cocktails one evening and a late dinner another. Both were very good value and the food was very good.

If you have a car RESERVE a spot when you reserve your room. Parking is at a premium. The E15.00 was definitely worth the money.

Great beachfront location. Light and airy interior. Friendly staff. Availability of twin bedded rooms. Good value.

Although there is a lot of choice at breakfast, the coffee from a machine was disgusting so we had to pay extra for proper coffee, which was disappointing. It would be good to have tea/coffee making facilities in room. Wall mounted Hairdryer pretty feeble.

Super friendly staff, spotless hotel

No sunbeds on the beach for rental, last visit in October 24 lots available now zero ..not the hotels fault, but worth knowing.

The room for persons with disability was well equipped and spacious. The hotel had very good disability access.

The only thing I would comment on is the room door's spring arm. The spring is so strong that it is impossible to keep open when you are on your own and in a wheelchair.

Very clean, staff were great and helpful, pool area was great very picturesque

The gastrobar restaurant was not value for money, small portions. No coffee or tea making facilities in the room.

Large and clean rooms in a great location and excellent value for money. The pool and terrace areas are fantastic.

Room 108 is huge and was great for the family as is essentially two rooms sadly no partition. This room seems to be next to the lift shaft and you can hear people talking in it and the mechanism is also noisy as well as the sound of the doors opening and closing. The hallway is also noisy amd the doors are not sound proof.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and smelt amazing. The restuarant was exceptional and great value for money, it was so good that we had lunch and dinner there both days. Would highly recommend this hotel, the location is fantastic and view and amenities on the rooftop were 5 stars. Thank you for making this a memorable stay

Veronica at the front desk was very helpful! She was kind and accommodating. She would greet our family with a warm welcome. I had an issue outside the hotel & Veronica empathized & was understanding…which really meant a lot at the time. She’s a great asset to your hotel. The Gentleman at the pool ( he had braces- sorry we didn’t get his name) was fun! He played with my granddaughter in the pool, he made great coffee for my Mom & a tasty Pina Colada. He was kind & also made us feel welcome. He is another great asset to your hotel! We observed another guest not being nice to him, he handled it vey professionally & never lost his cool. He deserves a raise 😊 The bar team was very helpful too! They didn’t hesitate to give us hot water for our jug & let us the microwave! I requested honey & one of gentlemen went all the way downstairs to get it! Super accommodating! The Ladies who helped keep our room sanitized & clean we’re thorough & very professional. It was nice to know that the common areas were kept clean too. Nice towels for the room & the pool towels were very comfortable! The 3 free drinks was nice! Thank you. We had a great experience & would recommend this hotel.

Parking, I wish the hotel had a bigger lot. The street parking was fine, but when we were out late a few nights, we had to park a few blocks away. The buffet, we choose not to eat there. We noticed that the food didn’t stay covered with lids…. With all the flys, we didn’t feel it was a safe choice.

The staff were friendly and helpful. It is a beautiful setting overlooking the sea. It is also close to other interesting towns.

The evening buffet would have benefited from being served hot.
