Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and big. Cleaning was very good. Restaurant was also very good. We very much enjoyed our morning coffee and croissant (although there was a big difference in the coffee's depending on who made them)

The decor in the rooms left a little to be desired for. a little boring both in choice of furniture and colours. Mattress was very hard. Although it was informed to us after booking that the restaurant was closed during the Xmas holidays - I found it a little difficult that we could get nothing - not even a snack.

spacious, clean hotel. Lots of parking spaces. Nice room, with balcony and spacious modern bathroom. Nice little outside pool- although no sunshade/umbrellas provided. Fitness suite and inside pool very nice.

we didn't read the small print, in the family room we had to pay extra £20 per day for the usage of the kitchen. Said this, the kitchen utensils were very limited. We didn't even have enough glasses for 4 people. But receptionist helped us very quickly. Both of our room key cards only always worked for 24 hours, a little frustrating as you always needed the help of the busy receptionists.

The place was really tidy and clean. They were celebrating something in the garden I believe, but we couldn't hear anything as we closed the window. We could sleep through the whole night without any inconvenience. The staff was really nice and attentive. The bed was really comfortable and the room was nice. The shower was perfect: the temperature, also the products the hotel provided. The towels were clean and good quality. The lights were perfect and we could relax.

When we got there, at the reception they asked for the payment, but all the costs were already covered on the Booking app. We showed the email and they said that the previous employee didn't write it down correctly, but everything was paid, we only needed to cover the city tax (which I believe was already paid when we booked through Booking), despite that, we paid it as it was only two euros. When we were doing the check out, we were asked to pay again for the city taxes. Again, we explained that this was already covered and they explained that one more time, they didn't write it down nor check it before asking us to pay for it.

The best hotel I've ever been privileged enough to stay at. The elegant décor of the rooms, top-notch amenities, and high-quality services are the prime attractions of this hotel. I loved it! Breakfast was a feast, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from and as well best gourmet dining experience.

Nothing - The best stay ever. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. The hotel offers a very safe and secure environment for all visitors, which is a great thing.

Nice & stylish place, great for exploration of the area. Parking available for hotel guests without extra charge. Small pool & gym as a bonus. Wifi worked without any issues.

I was disappointed by the light system. The whole space is interconnected and managed by the panel of the bed which isn't practical or bathroom & toilet. Also, once you turn off all the lights, you end up with bright blue light shinning directly to your face. Although, we wanted to eat there as well, the staff in the restaurant wasn't nice to us and unfortunately the menu cannot accommodate people with intolerances so we had o eat elsewhere.

Loved the property, the nature surrounding the buildings, the view is incredible as well. Nice pool area, the rooms were super modern and comfortable as well. Overall, one of the best places I've stayed in, and definitely the best in Catalonia so far!

We asked for a double bed but got two twins. Wasn't a super big deal but it made it a little less comfortable to sleep. Location is a little far if you do not have a car. But it is perfect for a getaway from the city

We loved the hotel! Absolutely loved it, the staff were so friendly and professional and welcoming which we were not expecting after all the press about tourists. The room was beautifully designed and appointed, fresh and new, we loved the pool and the food in the beautiful restaurant was excuisite! The best food we have had in a hotel restaurant in a long time, this hotel exceeded our expectations and we shared this with our Spanish friends living in Sant Cugat.

Not much, it was pretty perfect. I think just re-filling the water bottle in the room and complimentary coffee in the roomfor each day of stay, which is pretty standard.

Everything in the room was perfect... The Bluetooth inside the room was great, so we could connect to our music gallery. The lighting was also very nice. Everything in the room was clean... The pool outside was so good too.....And outside near the bar was so good and relaxing .. the food was nice

We think the only thing we wanted to be better was the water in the indoor pool (the temperature was so cold, we felt that it needed to be more warm)

It was beautiful, comfortable and had everything we needed. Staff were also very helpful and welcoming. Communication with them was great, even from before we got there. Had no regrets.

Information wasn’t always passed across properly between the team. I guess language barrier was also kind of an issue, but to be fair compared to other parts, the language barrier wasn’t so bad and each time they eventually realized their mistakes they apologized and swiftly made necessary amends.

Great location for what we needed, just outside of the main city centre. If you are hiring a car in order to explore some of the areas around Barcelona then this is perfect. There’s a big car park, and is a short walk to a shopping centre with a supermarket and many restaurants. The facilities are top notch, and for the price it’s great value for money.
