Very spacious room, plenty of room to make yourself comfortable. The bed was super comfy, felt like sleeping on a cloud. The balcony has a drying rack, which is very convenient to dry your clothes and towels. Shower cabin is also pretty big.

Not a big fan of the coffee maker at the buffet, could use a few more options, and better coffee overall. There isn't a wash basin by the toilet, only the sinks in the main area, which was a bit weird, but still super convenient to have two separate sinks there.

Absolutely fab resort. So quiet and chilled with daily water aerobics which is fun to do and also fun to watch 😋 sooo clean which is a must for me! The bathroom and shower was top notch.

I wasn't too impressed with the bed and the fact there was no kettle in the room after I had specifically asked for one.

I loved the food choices for breakfast and dinner. The freshness of the food especially the Fish was amazing. Also the restaurant staff were so nice and efficient nothing was a problem. Thank you Caesar. The swimming pool was so clean and the sunbeds were sufficient and comfortable.

We loved the calmness of this property but what we loved the most was the staff! Everyone was so helpful and nice, we wanted to shout out Isaac, Pedro and Nerea because they went above and beyond but everyone else was so exceptional as well

One aspect to improve could be entertainment, although we loved the singers (especially Mr Classic) there could be more games or entertainment for the days were there are no singers

Great location, walking distance to the downtown area with bars, stores and sand beach.Located right next to a Mercadona supermarket. Compliments to the very pleasant and friendly staff, whose warm smiles and greetings made us feel very welcome during our stay. Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet with sufficient variety. Wonderful drinks and cocktails served at the bar. We greatly enjoyed the evening with live music entertainment!

Staff was lovely at reception, free and safe parking inside the hotel although small there is free parking outside. Flamenco show on the first night and live music on the second. Being able to rent a towel for the swimming pool for £10 (as a deposit) is so handy.

Our booking included breakfast and dinner however we were never told we had to pay for drinks separately. Restaurant staff walk around taking notes of drinks and leave a paper on the table without saying anything at all - we only realised this was to pay after seeing other people paying their drinks. This could be said at reception during check-in or when leaving this piece of paper on the table.

First time in an adults only was lovely & quiet didn’t have to put any towels down to reserve sun beds there were always plenty we were on a B&B basis ate out in the town was 52 euros in the hotel it was 22 euros p/p such good value for money and all you can eat I’m a coealic so all the food was labelled with the allergy info added bonus it has a small fridge in the room great for keeping drinks cold

Never an issue getting sunbed. Lovely chilled pool area. Good food and we liked the fact you can choose off a menu for lunch.

The playlist was very repetitive in the bar but it seemed changed on day 5. You could only get two drinks at a time per person so two of us had to go up every time as we were in a group.

Loved the pool (ample loungers available) that all balconies were pool facing. loved the champagne on arrival. the rooms were a great size. some comments have said that there was a lack of shampoo etc available in the rooms - we found there was plenty. excellent value for money. the pictures/reviews of this place don’t do it justice - it was a lovely place to stay. thought it would be “tacky” but not at all. balcony amazing

the nicer beach (playa de muro) was probably 20 min walk away - however you could go to a closer beach if you liked (playa de can Picafort was only 5 min walk).

Good location, spacious rooms and decent variety of food, especially the themed nights.

Not a dislike as such, but there was local festival on one of days we stayed which resulted in a firework show at midnight. Stumbled on it by chance, maybe an opportunity for the hotel to advertise it was happening as it was brilliant to see.
