The room was very good — spacious, clean, and with fast Wi-Fi. The shower had strong water pressure, which I really appreciated. The location was convenient, with supermarkets and cafés nearby.

However, the hotel’s parking lot was quite challenging. Even for a standard car, the spaces were narrow and the driving lanes very tight, so I had to make multiple turns just to get around the curves. In addition, the automatic door sensor did not work properly; despite the car passing, it failed to open in time and the door hit the car three times.

Good location with private parking nearby (€12) but not for large vehicles as it's very tight. The hotel is in the centre so easy walking to bars and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and a good size with a double and a single bed. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast at €8.50 plentiful and good. Coffee excellent. The bar on the ground floor has a terrace outside too and is cheap with tapas available. A really good hotel for an overnight stay or for a few days.

Excellent hotel, great location, very friendly staff. The bonus was that the hotel helped me sort out a problem that Booking.com was unable to do. When it comes to customer service, I score Booking.com 1/10 and Hotel Nice 10/10.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in Spain. Staff were excellent, hotel is central, clean, quiet with good air conditioning, secure bicycle storage- great restaurant with delicious food. The hotel and restaurant were a good price. I highly recommend this hotel

great location, especially if you want to go for a day trip to Andorra - 15min to the border. rooms are outdated, but acceptable and with a lot of space (we had triple room). there's parking 1min walk from the hotel. staff was nice and helpful. dog-friendly!!

breakfast was very poor - no warm options, no eggs, one kind of cheese, watered coffee. I would go to another place for breakfast. rooms are outdated - out bed cover had a whole from a cigarette - this should not be in use anymore. no tea or coffee maker in the room, shower gel/shampoo in small, one use packaging - not ecofriendly and bad quality.

The staff were really friendly & helpful, I speak a bit of Spanish but English is my first language. They were patient & helped me, I arrived quite late on Sunday night; They showed me where I could get food & helped me be comfortable throughout my stay.

The staff were able to cook us an english breakfast of sorts which wasn't listed. The hotel is reasonably well located with underground parking down a side street. There are outdoor bars and an excellent curry house close by. The rooms were clean and well maintained.

Didn't stay long enough to have any dislikes.

Great location, close to the beautiful old town, where we enjoyed a few late drinks. Very friendly staff. Laundromat and superstore in the nearby neighbourhood. Private parking was a good opt for our motorbike.

Very nice room, large with cute little enclosed balcony with street view. Airco. In the middle of the centre. La Seu d'Urgell is a very nice little town.

There is dedicated parking which is necessary. It's underground with quite some narrow corners, so bigger cars beware.
