The property is in a great location, comfortable beds but the room was very hot and we were unable to cool it down. Mini bar and bathroom soaps, etc but no other facilities for a 4 star hotel and you had to pay to use the safe. We heard the TV from the next room both nights we stayed, but it could have been that they had the volume exceptionally loud! Lovely bar area and plenty of parking but everything is extra. Pool was ok and very warm. Easy walk into La Seu too.

Very well furnished and amazing open spaces in the central lobby very reminiscent of hareem buildings used centuries past. Good central location although day we arrived in September it was Catalans National Day and everything was shut. (be sure to research that one like I didn't lol). Restaurant option was fine if a little pricey. Breakfast was very extensive. Parking in a secure area adjacent to the hotel for Motorcyclists. Staff very friendly and helpful throughout from reception to bar to restaurant.

This parador is right on the edge of the historic old town. We walked around the town at dusk and it was magical. Great location. The central atrium is very comfortable and has a great ambiance. Our room had a mountain view! Great price.

The reception desk person was on the phone when we arrived. We waited at least 5 minutes to be helped. Not a problem, but she never looked up or said she'd be with us in a minute or anything.

The hotel is in a great location with excellent parking facilities, the room was very spacious and comfortable. The old town is within easy walking distance so a great place to explore this lovely little town.

The rooms sound insulation was very poor, exaggerated by an inconsiderate guest in the next room choosing to turn on the TV loudly around midnight, we had noticed the problem when we first checked in the sound coming through the wall as if our tv was switched on, unfortunately you cannot choose your neighbours in a hotel.

Lovely hotel and we had a room with a great view. Secure parking opposite but limited on spaces. Advised to book in advance if you want a covered space. Underground parking is available too.

The weather was poor when we arrived so we opted to eat in the hotel. It's a bit pricey for what you get and none of our dishes were hot. You needed to give 30 mins notice for the sauna. Not for it to heat up but when I passed it was full of walking gear drying out.

Comfortable rooms and interior

We had a long 2:45hr trip from Barcelona and so arrived late on the Friday evening 09:30 just in time for dinner as we were informed it was last food order 09:45 - it certainly felt like the kitchen we’re already closing when we arrived so food wasn’t very hot and not particularly great or certainly my Lubina wasn’t up to standard.

We loved the room standard, bed and especially great breakfast. The location is very convenient for traveling to Andora. The neighbourhood is lovelly.

That's a pitty that the parking is not included in the price and that there is actually no reasonable place to park your car close to entrance to get the heavy luggage into hotel. We've parked far before the check in as the gate to the extra paid parking was closed and we didn't know how to get through. There is basically no spot to leave a car for 5-10 minutes if you don't know that you need to use the entry phone to open the gate to the paid parking.

I have wanted to stay at a Parador for some time, sadly this wasn’t one of the historic building Paradors, but nevertheless it was an excellent hotel with an impressive central seating area and an excellent restaurant.

The restaurant was busy on both nights of our stay and rightly so, the food was delicious, the service however was extremely slow both nights. It is worth noting if you are a swimmer that the pool is very small and just a plunge pool, too small to swim lengths.

The hotel was an interesting blend of old and modern. The room and facilities were of the normal high standard you expect from a Parador. Situated within easy walking distance of the historic town centre, it was a good base for exploring the town

Super clean and comfortable, beautiful building, and the location was good for walking around the historic town.

Small things, but you have to ask reception for the WiFi password - this wasn't given to us by default on check-in. Also, the bar service was quite slow but the drinks were very tasty when they arrived!
