The hotel was very modern, clean and tidy. The rooms were huge and very comfortable. The bar onsite was lovely and the staff were always on hand to help. The roof top bar has great views and in the summer I bet it’s sun trap!! We had a lovely trip and I would recommend this hotel to friends & family.

The location is far from the centre of torrevieja and you need to take local taxis everywhere. There are no kettles available in the room and until I read the reviews on trip advisor (on check out) I didn’t know this was a service on offer from the hotel that if you ring reception / restaurant hot drinks can be delivered to your room. A hand book or a guide in your room to provide this information would be useful. Also, after paying for the hotel it was disappointing to discover that you have to pay a supplement to use the spa? In most hotels this is always part of your stay so one to look out for if you are thinking of staying at this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooftop pool with live music was a real highlight – a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The rooms were exceptionally clean, maintained to high standards, and I also appreciated access to the bath facilities, which made the stay even more comfortable. The staff were lovely and professional, always ready to help with a smile. The cleaners worked diligently throughout the hotel, including the reception area, exterior, and even the windows – everything sparkled! I also noticed how nice the hallways smelled, and the floor cleaner left a pleasant fragrance throughout the space. Nice buffet breakfast ! 👍 Overall, a top-notch experience. I would definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, friendly, and well-kept place to stay.

It would be nice to have a hair conditioner in the bathrooms. Rituals cosmetics are very nice but lack of conditioner made it more challenging for me.

had an excellent experience, especially thanks to the location near Los Balcones. This area is, in my opinion, one of the best parts of the town—quiet, scenic, and perfectly situated for both relaxation and exploration. The highlight of my stay was the stunning view of the famous pink salt lake. Waking up each morning to that unique landscape was truly special and added a distinctive touch to the trip. The sunsets over the lake are particularly breathtaking and not to be missed. Another major advantage was the convenience: all of Torrevieja’s top beaches were just a 10-minute drive away. Whether I wanted to unwind on Playa del Cura, explore the coves around La Mata, or enjoy the lively atmosphere at Playa de los Náufragos, everything was easily accessible. This made it simple to switch between beach days and exploring the town’s vibrant local culture. Overall, staying near Los Balcones offered the perfect blend of peaceful surroundings, beautiful views, and quick access to the best that Torrevieja has to offer. I would highly recommend this area to anyone looking for an unforgettable Costa Blanca getaway.

Beautiful clean spacious rooms comfortable,stayed here few times over the years.friendly staff,beautiful pool & area always sun loungers available strict code of not reserving loungers which is a great to see,breakfast was good choice hot & cold variations,we ate few times in restaurant in the evening the food and service was excellent.its a hotel to totally chill out,it’s useful to hire a car as we did to get around ,to different places to visit ,but stayed by the pool most days .to just chill & enjoy the pool,nice cocktail bar in the pool area that also served food & drinks during the day

Everything. The hotel looks smaller from outside than it is from inside. We had room with lagoon view - it’s incredible view all day and night around. Window is big and you can open it widely - never seen such option in the city hotel☺️. Amazing rooftop view and all the facilities there (pool and cafe). Huge room and bathroom size. Big closet. Spotless clean👍🏻. Restaurant on the first floor is incredibly delicious. All the staff, from reception to housekeeping, are extremely polite and positive💐. Location of the hotel is very pleasant.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast selection was sufficient and good quality. Room was spacious enough and bed quite comfortable, some of the facilities could however be renewed. Staff was super friendly, big thanks to them! In overall, it was a nice play to stay.

Only shower in the room was in the bathtub, something I personally do not like.

This location was fantastic! The rooms were incredibly clean, spacious, and comfortable and the breakfast was very diverse and delicious. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They were not only friendly and welcoming but also extremely accommodating to our needs. We had to do some work during our stay, and they graciously allowed us to use a conference room with fast and reliable internet. It made for the perfect working environment. Even after we checked out, they let us continue using the conference room for a few extra hours so we could finish up our work without any rush. Overall, a wonderful experience with excellent service—I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure stays!

Nice rooftop Japanese restaurant and pool area. Very good selection of breakfast to choose from. Staff at the restaurant were very courteous. Good location, few minutes drive to Torrevieja town.

Need a kettle and coffee / tea bags to have cup of coffee early in the morning in the room. For five nights stay we were given a room at the side which had no views despite booking this very early. Extractor in the bathroom was not working and made a complaint at the reception desk on the first day. When requested for a change we were advised it is fully booked and got the same response until the day before we left!!

I stayed there for ten days with my friend. The service was great and staff was friendly. We had a mixup in the type of room we got when we arrived but it was fixed right away. The breakfast was great and the rooftop area with the pool, bar and view was exceptional. We really enjoyed our stay here! There is also a supermarket (mercadona) and a pharmacy really close by.

The location is a bit away from the centre but there is a bus stop right outside the hotel and the staff can always order a taxi. Other than that I can't really complain.

The hotel is spotless, staff lovely. The terrace is so relaxing. I had two treatments at the spa with Carla, amazing amazing amazing. Don't bypass the spa. The rooms were really spacious so was the toilet.

Bus service hit and miss and the hotel is a bit away from the centre. The breakfast a bit pricey for children, 16e for a bowl of cereal and two slices of toast. This is all my 14 year old had each morning.
