Staff were pleasant, professional and happy to assist. The hotel itself is in a great location, close to the beach and a multitude of bars, restaurants, supermarket and shops. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of my room which had a separate small lounge with a sofa, coffee table and desk. The bathroom was a decent size too with a few toiletries supplied. Although this is an older hotel and the decor a little tired, my room and bedding was clean and I found it quite comfortable. Unfortunately, as I had early morning meetings for the days I was there, I didn’t really get a chance to sample the breakfasts other than a quick cup of tea, so have no idea what that was like. The pool area looked good too and nicely laid out. All in all, I enjoyed my time at Hotel Torrejoven and would come again.

So clean. Little extras in the bathroom like toothbrushes. Extremely friendly staff no matter what time of day or night you needed to ask them something. The bed was comfortable. It has a pool.

Only minor things like the air con unit pointing directly at the bed so feeling the air on your face, even when you changed the direction of the blades. We ended up sleeping at the other end of the bed. Not a big deal. The shower pressure is great but whatever shower head is on it makes the water go out really aggressively 😂 It was a bit crazy. But again, not a big deal. The shower was clean and we had both hot and cold water so what else could you ask for.

Room is spacious and comfortable. free street parking on the door step. Many restaurants and bars close by. We have stayed a few times and this is the first time we had breakfast at the hotel, thought it met all expectations. Plenty of cold options and also hot made to order : eggs, bacon, omelette etc.... Staff are always pleasant and helpful Shampoo and other toiketries including toothbrushes in the room.

If I had to be picky I would say a few parts look dated and could do with a refresh, but not bad enough to put me off not going back. All in all it is very worth it and we will return again

It had everything we needed, the room with balcony was spacious, shower was powerful the bed was very comfortable. The area is great lots of restaurants and bars. The beach is a 20 minute walk.

Even though there is tea and coffee down in the reception i quite like having facilities in the room but not really a problem I just bought a kettle for €11 at the local supermarket and the staff at breakfast were more than happy giving me teabags and milk😊

All staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room was a good size decorated in typical Spanish style, dark wood furniture and darker accent wall but patio doors and ample lighting so not an issue. Bed was comfortable and changed regularly. We had a mini fridge which was a bonus as not mentioned in description. Bathroom was bright, plenty of hot water and clean towels daily. Good air conditioning overall a comfortable room.

Only one electrical outlet which in current times when everyone has mobile phones and tablets to charge is an issue. Minor issues like no plug for bathroom sink requested several times but never arrived. Outlet pipe for air conditioning unit blew off in storm and was replaced by a bucket! Nothing that would spoil a holiday just minor inconveniences. The one thing that for us was a major issue was the pool access, absolutely no use if you are even slightly mobility restricted.

The hotel is clean and breakfast was really good. Hot dishes were prepared everyday and breakfast area is nice and big. Staff is efficient and friendly. There was always hot water to take a shower.

The hotel is old and needs updating especially the furniture inside the room. Amenities could be better.

Great location. Lots of restaurants on your doorstep, 10min walk to Punta Prima beach. Good value for money. Stayed 2 nights. Room has small fridge but no tea/coffee facilities which is quite normal for a 3 star hotel in Spain so I didn't expect it. Comfy beds.

No proper bar, you could buy a coffee or miniature bottles of alcohol next to reception but not beer on draft, not sure if had bottled beer and also no food apart from breakfast.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly Stela and Juan Manual were great.

The hair dryer being in the bathroom, as you couldn't dry your hair when someone else was showering. No safe for to keep your valuables locked away. And no phone in bedroom to call reception incase of am emergency

What I like the most was that it had ac and every single morning they would come clean the property

The property was amazing but in our last day there was a woman in reception that wasn’t to friendly also I would like to include that it would’ve been much better if there was a crossing to the other side so it would be much easier to get to the hotel

Friendly staff who were always at hand to resolve any issues. Great location for restaurants, bars and shops.

Hotel has a slightly dated appearance but look past that and you will have a wonderful stay ran by efficient staff and the rooms are super clean and freshly decorated.
