I really like the size of the apartment and the balcony is towards the street, so it's a good view, even though it's traffic etc. It's very close to the marina and the touristinfo, the market and groceries, Bazar and tobacco shop, close by. I like the sheets and the towels, and the amount of towels. I love the fridge, cooking top and watercooker and it was enough supplies for me to make my own food. Like an apartment I would live to live in, long term. I got the stay at a discount and it is good value for my money. Today I am broke, but I wish I could stay here, at least until Christmas 💖It feels like my home, with my things around the apartment 😇

I wish they would have changed the towels, and supply with toilet paper a little more often. I wish there was a towel in the kitchenette, to dry hands/dishes. I don't like coffe from coffeemachines, so I didn't use it, but it was a good one, with biscuits on the side💖I also wish there was people in the reception at appointed times, same time every day, and that the receptionists communicate in English, at least via text. They kept calling me, and speaking in Spanish😇

Location is excellent, within walking distance of beaches, restaurants and shopping. Public transport is terrific and there are regularly serviced bus stops adjacent to the property, linking you with anywhere you might like to visit. A number of these take you to the main bus terminus, providing direct connections with Alicante Airport, Orihuela and Murcia.

My Spanish is not good so it would be helpful to be met by somebody who knows at least a little English.

The Manager is very pleasant and communicative person. She definitely is the right individul for this job. I am sure she works very hard even beyond her working hours. The complementary bottle of wine was nice gesture.

The receptionist staff is unable to speak English and it is quite a problem. The room which was promised was not even close what I got in the end. The confusion lead to my late check in as well as knocking on door of occupied room felt awkward.

Clean good size and had everything we needed. Air conditioner worked a treat in the heatwave! Nice to have a lift as 3rd floor. There is even a chair lift from reception if needed. Nice balcony for breakfast with side sea view. 15-20 flat walk to the beach. Even clean towels the next day! Will definitely stay again

The location is excellent

We arrived early to leave our bags before check in but no one there after we had messaged to say we would do that. Only 2 hangers in the wardrobe and only 1 plate!!!! Broken handle on the shower and the shower door didn’t close properly the whole place looking tired. Shame as we came a few years ago and it was much better then.

The staff were not there to check me in even when I gave them a time. Stayed 4 days and never saw any staff and didn’t have room cleaned or new towels!!

Room size is very good as is the balcony. Kitchen facilities were also good but this could be better if there were tea, coffee and milk available, I arrived on a Sunday and all shops were closed.

Lack of tea, coffee and water. Also being chased by the hotel as to what time I was arriving, this was disappointing given I had already indicated this in the booking

No electrical sockets in kitchen so you were carrying hot water around for the kennel 2 I Bertie’s on the balcony one was for our apartment the other for next door apartment made the balcony very warm and noisy

Amazing central location. Clean. Comfortable bed, hot shower, fridge and small hob, coffee pods, toiletries provided. We were allowed to check in early, which was really appreciated. Very friendly staff. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

It was my partner’s and i anniversary, they made it extra special, with balloons and a bottle of wine!

the only bad thing i can say is the walls are just a little bit thin and u can hear the room under/above you, otherwise everything was perfect
