Location amazing literally on the beach. We had a fab view from our room of the beach & pool area. We had an apartment which slept 5, though we only booked a double apartment. It was over 2 floors, with a balcony & terrace both over looking the beach. Great kitchen with hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, & toaster. Close to shops & restaurants. Everything you need on your doorstep. Hotel has a bar on the beach too. Very good price for apartment. We had a problem with the heating, but the manager quickly gave us 3 heaters to plug in so we were lovely & warm on chilly nights. The manager was very helpful. Shower was great & really hot.

Only suggestion is that as the sound of sea is lovely, maybe don't have the pool jets on till 10pm as it drowns out the sounds of the sea. We visited mid Feb and the pool was too cold to use, but we did get in the cold sea, which is just in front of hotel.

Fabulous location, right on the beach. Rooms really clean and comfy and receptionist helpful Bathrooms brilliant Couldn't have asked for anything more location wise. Beach is beautiful, very clean and quiet. British TV channels extra bonus Perfect for groups too, lots of room combos available.

The door did keep sticking many times & the gate which was locked late and night got stuck, we spent 20 mins trying to get it open which was a bit worrying. No staff around - it's not manned overnight - thankfully we managed to get in. Wish we had known we could borrow beach chairs - we spent over £100 buying them when there were loads to borrow. There are some extra ones now (we of course left ours!)

If you hate modern multi-storey megalomaniac holiday hotels, this accommodation is for you. One of the few hotels on the eastern Spanish coast that is a real "Beach Hotel" - right on the sandy beach, no road in front of it, holiday architecture from the last century. Although it is a bit "worn out", it evokes the atmosphere of bygone years. I definitely recommend renting apartments with a sea view! The hotel also has a number of rooms in the second row, which are certainly not bad, but it cannot be compared with the rooms "front the sea". Free parking is quite easy on the access street. There are several shops and excellent restaurants within walking distance.

Stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. We messaged ahead of our visit and they let us check in early on the day of our arrival. The rooms were spotless and we were lucky enough to have a view of the sea. The swimming pool was open but due to the weather it was far too cold to use (I did manage a few minutes before getting out). The staff were very friendly and they booked us taxis whenever we needed to go anywhere. It also has a bar joined onto the hotel which is reasonably priced. Would defos recommend this place. Thanks for having us!

The apartment was great..... provided us with everything we need. The location was great. We especially enjoyed the use of the TV and could access many English speaking channels and NETFLIX and the rooftop solarium had loungers, which was a nice touch

The bar beneath our apartment was extremely noisy until 4am on the day we were due to leave, which caused us a lack of sleep, which was unwelcome when we had to leave at 7.30am

Great location, fantastic views from the balcony and terrace. Staff were fantastic and helpful. Right on the beach front 5 steps and you’re on the beach. The rooms are clean with a modern kitchen.

The spiral staircase are a little tight to get up and down, air conditioning in the top room would make it complete. It got a little warm in the evening up there.

Muchas Gracias to Andres on reception, an efficient, welcoming and charming host, he went out of his way to explain the routes to the nearest shops, best places to visit and the busiest bakery in town! He cheerfully organised taxis and allowed us to store our suitcases after check out. Comfortable beds, very clean rooms, good wifi. The sea view (roof terrace a real bonus!!) and the proximity to the beautiful La Mata beach is splendid, the pool sparkling.

What is advertised as direct access via 2 gates to the beach from the pool area is currently shut and overlooking a building site, it looks like they could be extending the promenade between the hotel and the beach. The view from the room balconies was marred by said building site. The hotel needs attention, very shabby paintwork, ugly rusty spiral stairs between room balconies, piled up patio chairs next to the stairs leading to the rooms... The adjacent beach bar and restaurant I saw online is closed (seasonal?).

Location, on the beautiful, long sandy beach, you can walk for hours, only 35 minutes drive from Alicante airport, quiet hotel, great staff, close to restaurants, bars, food shop. We had an apartment in the middle at the back with view over the pool and the ocean. I will book the second floor apartment at the sea front the next time we go there. There were 1 small double bed, 1 soda bed sleeping 2 and 1 single bed on the second floor. Loved the roof terrace. Great sized apartment with stairs up to the second floor.

Missing freezer door in fridge, no kettle but pots to boil water in, mattress was a bit firm but that seems to be common. Sunbeds pretty worn out and needs to be replaced.

Location .. central to my needs. Close to family and friends. Bars and restaurants in abundance. Plus it is on top of the beach. The cleaners came every day with fresh towels and cleaned our room top to bottom.

The lights outside entrance to our room didn’t work for 6 out of the 7 nights.

Cannot fault the location. Close to restaurants, shops and supermarket and smack on the beach. Spotlessly clean in all areas and rooms serviced daily if required.

The pool is small and I can imagine in the peak season it would be too busy to be comfortable but in late May it was lovely.
