The cleanliness was superb, and the staff were lovely. The view was gorgeous. I think that the room could have a little more storage for the suitcases, it was a tight squeeze to share the wardrobe.

To be picky I think a lack of drinking water easily available is something to be addressed. A water barrel on the bar would be lovely. I also noticed a lack of vegetarian choice in the half board menus and no mains salad.

Surprisingly nice hotel considering the location and pricing plan. Really helpful, cheerful staff, very obliging. We had a problem with the lock on our door late in the evening which had to be replaced and whilst waiting for an emergency locksmith we were given free drinks by way of apology - much appreciated Secure car parking a bonus and a fabulous beach just 50 yards away

Slightly remote from town centre, bars, resturants etc

We had visited this hotel on several occasions previously we had a side view but it was very good and you could see the sea, the hotel is spotless and the staff very friendly

Bigger cups in the room for our morning coffee and there was no Spanish beers which was disappointing

A good sized room and bathroom. Good to be able to see the sea and the beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent, though rather expensive if you only wanted a small amount.

The Mediterranean menu was limited and unfortunately not to our taste, particularly starters and mains. Desserts were delicious. Also it was very expensive. This meant we ate elsewhere for the majority of a meals.

We had a lovely room overlooking the sea with no interruptions. The staff were always helpful and kept everywhere very clean. Parking was always available. The swimming pool was very inviting.

We had a lovely room on the top floor, but unfortunately it was just under the Sky Bar. When music is playing it is very noisy in the room. One night when there was a wedding celebration loud music was played until 3 o'clock in the morning. Very little sleep that night.

Breakfast was great, staff were brilliant. Location outstanding.

Great view from our room but the facilities like bottles of water were not very good. 1 small bottle each for our stay. Also, we weren't allowed to change our pool towels without an extra payment. Sky bar quite expensive.

Good rooftop bar, open after 5pm. Great breakfast, but be careful if you have a nut allergy as nuts all around, both fresh and in produce.

Thin walls so can hear neighbours chatting which is very annoying when you want to sleep or are asleep and they wake you. Restaurant eve menu is pricey and without a good variety-too a la carte for hotel and location. Pool is small but thankfully spotless and we always got a sun bed. Albeit only 2 in our group.

Such a lovely hotel, the staff were excellent in helping with our accommodation requirements. We booked a deluxe room for the first night and then a Junior Suite sea view for the other days. It was our friend's wedding here at the hotel. The breakfast was ok could have been more of a selection but it was ok. The evening meal was again ok but should have been more options but again it was nice. Lovely sky bar which is excellent for having some drinks and relaxing. The beach is literally across the road and is so beautiful. The food for the wedding was lovely and our friends had an amazing day. It was an amazing few days staying here I would love to visit again. The staff here work so hard and are amazing at the work they do they really do make the stay wonderful from the bars to the cleaning staff amazing.

Food could have had more of a selection but it was ok. Everything here is so personal so nothing else was a negative for us.

It was modern

The prices were expensive for a hotel in guardamar with the spa charging another €17 for 30 mins when you have paid to stay there, no dressing gowns in our room only in doubles & no information on how to get hold of reception so had to call hotel for an ironing board that was really low in height & in really poor condition.

Excellent breakfast bar restaurant and roof bar wonderful views

Not sure about the pool. It’s across the road and nor for plunging than swimming so did not use it. The beach is only 30m away with good sun beds and shades with good beach bar.
