Cabin was clean, modern and well fitted. Pool was clean and great for our two kids. Shop was handy. Good activities for the kids like the arcade and park

The restaurant staff. Not all of them but one in particular, an older chap would just snarl at you. Seemed to hate his job to a point we didn't actually order more food at times to not put him out his way.

We stayed here as a family of 5 and absolutely loved our stay. The accommodation was spotless, and had everything we needed. We visited the buffet lunch a few times and it was great value for money , something for even the fussiest eaters. The pool was well kept and very quiet during the week which we loved. It was much busier at the weekend though, and we struggled to get loungers. The kids loved the play park, trampoline and games room. We rented a car and I'm glad we did. Although the complex has a little shop, the car came in handy to visit bigger shops nearby and drive to some neighbouring towns for food/beaches/the safari zoo etc. We arrived late at night and a porter checked us in. The on site shop was closed so in hindsight we should have found a 24hour shop on our way to get some water/essentials.

Although the cabin we had could sleep 5 it would have been very tight. Pool didn’t open until 11am and closed at 6 apart from weekends. Pool bar not open. The small shop on site was well stocked and proved however only open a few hours a day and not on a Monday & Tuesday. Beach access required a car. No where to walk to off site - again needed a car.

This was a lovely place. The staff were excellent. Especially Laura.!! She was amazing . What's also nice is that when we spoke to a manager about Laura, she said the same thing. Its great that she is a recognised and appreciated as a valued member. Alot of the guests are Spanish, which was really nice . All super friendly. Sauna was nice and a great price . Pool area is welcoming and spacious with different areas so it never felt overcrowded. They also have these huge beds which you can book if you wanted that extra holiday comfort. Nice paella and great sangria .!!

The lower beds could bo with some extra padding against the steel frame on the upper bed above, as our family member pointed out your head could get a nasty gash when getting up in the night. You can end up waiting a while behind the bar as the same staff are also booking in guests for the buffet . Beds were uncomfortable.(mattress)

We are senior citizens unfortunately the row of bungalows were all in habited with families with children under four years of age it was very noisy most of the day and evenings it did not stop the enjoyment of the holiday I would expected the management to take our age into consideration there were rows a lot quieter with more middle aged people

It was very well laid out, clean and well organised. The bungalow had all the space and facilities we needed. The pool was excellent. The reception staff were excellent. Even preempting my question about parking when we were going to have to leave before 7am on our day of departure.

I am concerned that the shower tray was very slippery when wet. The bar staff sold us that there were no cocktails available despite cocktails being listed in the phone app menu. The pool bar was not open at the times specified in the phone app. information about how to check out earlier than 7 am would have been helpful before asking about it..

Cleanliness. Comfortable beds, terrific shower. Location Close but not in Guardamar. Likewise Mercadona, Lidl, Aldi and Iceland if u need supplies. Didn't use but has good recreation facilities.

Unable to park outside cabin although there is a large free car park 200/300 meters away. Not ideal if u have restricted mobility. Don't always read and fully understand online customer questions and only provide a general reply.

Great facilities including the pool area. Dish washer and air con in the lodge. Kids enjoyed the mini disco entertainment. Good outdoor space with the lodge Supermarket reasonably priced and open every day.

Cleanliness of the chalet on arrival. The staff did come and rectify what we had flagged. There were dirty areas which looked like they hadn't been cleaned for a long time eg. Under the fridge door once opened and between the fridge and the cupboard units. The sweeping brush to clean the lodge was also dirty.

Nice cabins, big pool, good food, nice people.

Location: there is nothing around the camping itself so you will need a car. Dinner times: dinner starts at 20:30, for Dutch people with little kids this is very late. This was not clear when we booked. Animation in the evening starts after dinner at around 21:30 and continues every day till midnight or later, this was very loud.

Nice clean and all that’s needed apart from a kettle that was needed but other then that everything was lovely would go again
