This is the most amazing resort, camping we have visited. Ideally for kids, families who are also looking forward to rest and relax by the pool. Our superior bungalow had everything included, great terrace to enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast. Activities for kids were awesome and exceeded our expectations!( Mini disco,mini club for kids, cinema evening, taller for hair, bracelets etc). Amazing stuff from mini club which was opened morning and afternoon hours. One note on all this, the resort was so huge that there was a mini train taking you to your bungalow , super plus for our daughter, always excited 😊

Have been here on several occasions now and always enjoy my time. Great facilities, pool and plaza is good. Enjoyed the Thursday evening with happy hour and live music. Your staff are great 👍

I would really appreciate it if there was a kettle and toaster. Otherwise all good.

It is close to the motorway and easy to find. It has swimming-pools and kids club. The apartment was big enough and comfortable with all the appliances included. Can only recommend it for families with kids.

The check-in staff does not speak English. They could find my booking but not my payment. It took them an hour to realise that they have changed their booking system since I made the reservation and everything was ok. Not too professional. The campsite is huge so if your bungalow is at the other end, you have to walk a lot.

The habana lodges are lovely; everything you need but no oven. No toaster or kettle. So a week of fry ups and fried food it is. I asked for kettle and toaster and they did bring one, which helped as we had a baby and were a bit stuck. Pool was lovely but only the pool with no slides open past Oct 15th.

Really big site so have to walk quite a distance!

Think the whole area needs a lot of attention as looking very tired Our lodge was dirty and needs refurbishing the pool area needs gardens attending etc, and the cabanas need cleaning once used ours had dirty cups & straws etc… left on it To be honest once reported they did come and clean the place but it should be cleaned ready for clients.

pool was not open but i think it should be open whole year around .

There was nothing exactly but we didn´t like but should be water bottles in the room if people are not comfortable drinking tap water .

Lovley pool for kids food was really good prices were ideal would go back

Distance to walk from bungalow was about 10 mins & no oven or toaster to cook with just a hob

good facilities on the site. spa , swimming pool , restaurant and bar. good entertainment , well priced for food and drink. staff very friendly and helpful.

I booked a premium bungalow the same as I had in September 2021. this trip the bungalow was an older style , not as appealing as before. no sunloungers for us to use and the dining table and chairs not same quality as before. if I had been booked for longer than the 6 days would not have been as happy as In September. also for girls staying together one mirror in the bathroom not quite adequate . the bed on the double room not very sturdy , every time you turned in bed the bed creaked. Alannia is a great place but I thought the quality of accomodation this time didn’t live up to a premium bungalow

Bungalow itself has everything you need . Very well equipped kitchen, 2 AC. Outside is Aquapark, bouncy castle , cinema… It was an amazing vacation, and we will be back 🪷

Need to have more signes where to go, as it’s a very big property.

Very clean, great pool areas, safe for the children.

I think an iron should be put into the properties. I wasn’t too impressed with the buffet food, it would be nice to have a restaurant and also a coffee house or shack for the morning.
