We booked this the day before when our original holiday was cancelled. We were just happy to be away but the site exceeded my expectations. The little cabin we stayed in was pristine, it felt like we were the first people ever to stay in there. Bathroom and shower much better than what you usually get in this type of unit. Fans and A/C brilliant, and blackout blinds also brilliant. The on site supermarket was very good and not overpriced like others can be. Pools and slides were great, my son stayed in the pool for hours at a time We didn't use the entertainments or on site restaurants but there is plenty about. If the weather's good you don't need to leave site, we hired a car and explored the area though.

Outdoor pools were cold 🥶 Additional charge to use the indoor pool which was too high for us to justify for a 90 minute use. Beautiful walk down to the beach spoilt a bit by lots of dog walkers not picking up after their pets. This has nothing to do with the resort, just warning you to watch your step!

Great place for holidays with kids. Nice, private area around bungalow with barbecue spot.

Exceptional facilities for families Bungalow was spacious, well equipped and with great outdoor cooking area

We stayed for eight nights and our bungalow was cleaned, bins emptied etc on day 2 but then not again for the whole stay?!

Great water park with something for all ages, and plenty of sunbeds etc. Children feel very welcome, and the family vibe is very positive and safe. Bungalow was great -- clean and reasonably spacious, with good kitchen facilities. Onsite supermarket was cheaply priced with everything you need. Plenty of staff available in reception if you need anything, and staff are welcoming and friendly. Plenty of entertainment if you have little ones -- live music, dinosaur golf, a dolphin mascot at the buffet breakfast, water slides, and so on.

The nature of the resort means that you have to buy everything after you use the initial small complimentary shampoo etc. No bedding changes in a week. If you want guests to visit you, as the bungalows are in the resort the guests must pay 18 EUR each, even if coming after the pools are closed. If near the Bali pool, there is a live DJ on Friday until midnight -- not great if you are staying next to the pool and have young children. Location is a little remote.

It catered for all of us. The kids were entertained which meant we could all relax and enjoy ourselves. Bali pool was lovely for adults to get a bit of chill time away from busy pools with slides. Loved the aqua aerobic sessions. Instructors highly motivated, energetic and fun. Cocktails were yum!

Staff could have been more informed about what was happening in Alicante. We went into Alicante but couldn't get parking as there was a festival on. Would have gone another evening if we had known.. Could have advertised better what activities were on site

Great place for kids. We had a Bali bungalow, and it was very spacious. Everywhere was extremely clean. Slides and pools were very suitable for my children ages 6 and 8. Will definitely go back. Check out the takeaway at the supermarket where you can pre-order food from a menu and pick it up a few hours later to have it in the comfort of your bungalow. Staff very helpful if they couldn't speak english they got a menber of staff who could. Spa was also very reasonably priced and plenty of choice. There are plenty of activities for the kids, too, at the kids' club.

The staff couldn't help with booking excursions The taxi facilities in the area are bad, book in advance! Plus a lot of eateries were closed (October)

Everything we needed was there

There wasn't much else in the area. Train to beach only ran at weekends as we went end of Sept

The value for money was exceptional as there were so many wonderful facilities on our doorstep. The bungalow was lovely and clean with everything we needed except for a kettle, but within 10 minutes of asking for it, they delivered one to our accommodation.

The door lock on the accommodation was faulty and was replaced. However, we still had issues trying to lock the door.

Breakfast time was from 9am to 11am. On first day, we went 10:30 and much of the buffet was stale and eggs over dry. On last day, we had to leave ot 8am due to flight but no provision was made for early starters.

The Spa facilities are great but the spa reception were a little rude. Maybe a little training may help. The pool facilities were out of action. And the spa entry is 12 euros per person. Not too expensive but should be complimentary as the main pools are being renovated.
