Good breakfast location good staff good cleaning good

The swimming pool should be open it was still hot and me and my partner + the Boys from Pollok united from Scotland were disappointed that couldn’t go for a swim. We were there last year and was open. The only alternative was to use the sauna and jacuzzi down stairs but have to pay 22 Euros a day I think for residents considering the pool was closed should have been free. Can’t believe pool is only open 4 months a year. We are going back next year with the 14 footballers from Scotland for the tournament but may not stay in La Laguna hotel for that reasons. Apart from that hotel staff and the whole stay was 5 stars. Mr Rodrigues

Excellent breakfast!!! Excellent location and convenient parking.

The floor of the room was not cleaned properly. The bed is vast but the sheets are too narrow and short!!! After we asked they replaced it once but the next day they again put the narrow ones. There is no toilet paper dispenser and it is placed on the sink surface. They do not refill soap and shampoo in the dispensers, nor toilet paper - you have to go to reception. There is not always an answer at reception despite the presence of two receptionists! I had to go down to be answered. The design comes at the expense of practicality - the bedside tables may be designed but cover the sockets. It would be advisable to add English news sites.

Comfortable bed, delicious and well presented dinners at half board option. Great location and facilities although all are at extra costs and not much discount as a hotel guest. Very fun entertainment on Wednesday night live music with gorgeously energetic singer! Thank you

The need to hear a swimming cap in the spa. Totally unnecessary and over the top. It’s an extra fee €3 that’s just an extra sneaky way of financing. There was card yo let the cleaning services know not to come in for towel and bedsheets change, not very eco friendly. Swimming pool was closed in December.

The breakfast was good with plenty of choice including hot dishes. The service was very good considering the lack of restaurant staff.

The swimming pool was ‘ taken over’ by a group of load and boisterous thugs playing ball games in the middle of the swimming area making it impossible for other guests to enter the water. One teenage lad was being allowed to jump many times into the water intimidating people trying to enjoy a quiet time. Major supervisory action is required!

Staff are excellent in all areas, especially Fran on reception. The. Salt water pool is just large enough to be okay even when busy. Usually eat at the hotel restaurant once or twice during a stay and it's always quite good. There are plenty of eating establishments around and about, so you are spoilt for choice. Location is great for shopping and eating. Always stay at La Laguna when in that area. Have stayed a number of times before and will definitely stay a number of times again. Already booked for September..

Room was not being cleaned until around 3pm each day but was quickly rectified after complaining to 'Boss Lady'.

1. the room is pretty big and kids beds separated with the matrimonial bed. Both rooms had balconies 2. nice outside area aside of the bar 3. got my money back for 1 night, after talking to booking, who then were talking to the hotel reception workers. 4. nice, though costly restaurant just in the lobby. 1. could not use the SPA, as our kids did not reach 14 years old. Discovered the information only on arrival, so had to cut our stay for only 1 noght, instead of 2 nights. No information about the limits on their Booking page 2. reception pesonnel could not handle the money compensation without getting the permision from their manager, weird as of me 3. not enought drinking water in the room for a family of 4 people

Room service food is sub-par, and over priced for the quality. But it's edible. An easy way for the hotel to boost the appearance of value on the food, but barely increasing costs or changing the menu, would be to simply increase the amount of chips, which is very small to start with. 2 of the 4 car chargers was out of order the duration of the stay. It didn't appear to be and reported as working in the app, but it couldn't be initiated due to errors.

The pool is really lovely with a super deep side which is great for jumping in! There is a handy bar outside. Breakfast had a great selection! Plenty of fruit and veggie options as well as gluten free. All very fresh. Decent size rooms, sweet little balconies. Pretty grounds with all the palm trees and a nice garden for drinks. The spa was really lovely!!! Great variety of experiences and great value. Lovely salt pools. Great free snacks and decent sized bought bar snacks and a great poolside aperol spritz!

These are all small things! The towels were clearly dirty but not swapped on one day, there is literally nothing for miles, bar about three restaurants and bars next door. (The Italian of which served very good value and tasty food) The pool closed quite early. The toiletries were a bit cheap and nasty. There was no free water!!! But they said you shouldn’t drink the water… And no free water or teas etc at the spa either. The bar shut at 12 midnight. These are all small things, it was all good value.

my overall stay was perfect but the only down fall was the staff that catered the breakfast. We had a twin room that included breakfast, when we went down to have something to eat we were told that it wasn’t included and found the staff in that particular area to be quite rude about the situation. They were in no ways wanting to help resolve this so I had to take it up with the receptionists who were great with resolving it and clarifying that it did indeed include the breakfast but at this point we needed to leave due to plans so therefore had to pay to eat elsewhere meaning we therefore didn’t get the full value of what we had paid at the property.

Room was lovely. Spacious, clean and well appointed.. Breakfast was superb, Coming down just before service finished and there was still a variety of choice. Its is convenient for the airport and travelling by car is a doddle as there are no car parking issues!

The only thing that could have been better for me was more choice on the complimentary tea tray in the room. There were only a couple of tea bags and these were fruit teas .There was no English tea, coffee or chocolate. Also there was no milk,
