The shower in our room (302) totally misfunctioned Heat control did now work properly at all Only got very hot water did not function on cold/cool In the hot weather was definitely not user friendly There was no soap in the shower/sink only sachets of shampoo(3) and shower gel (3) Would benefit from dispensers attached to walls in the shower cubicle and over the sink We managed some cool water to wash in the sink on the following morning Did not attempt the shower again

This hotel is very basic but immaculately clean. I liked that I had fresh bed linen and towels daily and the room was cleaned to a very high standard. Also the heating was good as it was often just 3 degrees in the evenings in January and cold with tiled floors and no rugs. The location however is excellent.

The fact that my friends I had travelled with who have a holiday home there were not allowed up in the lift with me to view my room and help with my luggage. The Lady in reception refused to allow them access. Nobody spoke a word of English so communication was difficult. I only had 4 coat hangers in a massive wardrobe and no blankets so had to request both.The room was adequate but very sparse and I think a rug or carpet in winter would be good and maybe a hair dryer in a drawer. I never had breakfast as a 10am deadline was too restricting considering it was winter and only a croissant and coffee was being served.

This hotel is immaculately kept and the staff were very pleasant. With plenty of free on street parking, the location is great for exploring that part of the coast. The croissants at breakfast were great and the quality of food and drinks was also good, but we felt there should have been more food included, such as fresh fruit or yoghurt. This may mean putting up their prices a little, but I'd be happy to pay a bit more to get a bit more!

There could be a few basic improvements to the rooms, such as better lighting and a holder for the shower head. Our room was also missing a cover for the blind and when it was cold and windy we could feel the draught! Thankfully, there was good heating to the room, which meant we weren't cold.

We had driven for ten hours and because I was tired I booked the wrong night and the Hotel was actually fully booked. The receptionist went above and beyond to help us find alternative accommodation and her help and kindness was hugely appreciated. Hopefully I will get a refund as I would certainly book this hotel on our next visit to Almoradi.

Staff were very accommodating & lovely. Very clean hotel & the room was lovely, clean & plenty of space! Great price including breakfast! And the check in/out times are so much better than the UK. Great stay, thank you ☺️

Very noisy neighbours, noise coming through the bathroom pipework. I could hear other peoples conversations. Had to keep bathroom door closed to minimise it. Room was at front of hotel, so had vehicle noise from 6am.

I can’t fault the property it was clean , good value for money , breakfast was nice , since we have a holiday home in Spain we have toast data and juice and staff were very nice

Clean and close to town

No coffee or tea facilities in room. No hair dryer.
