Lovely hotel, every where very clean and comfortable, lots of different areas to sit and relax. Lovely well kept gardens very nice environment. Staff friendly and helpful . Service in dining room and bars very good . The breakfast buffet was always well stocked with something for every taste and preference. Room very clean . We had a garden terrace, ground floor, lovely to have our own space, two loungers and two chairs with small table . Small fridge in room

No tea/coffee making facilities , a bit of a shock as couldn’t make morning cuppa. Shower was over the bath would be difficult for some people . We had half board , the inclusive menu had very limited choice , we often chose from the al a carte menu , also limited. The menu’s did not change during our 10 day stay . No bus route and very limited local amenities. Lots of hotel parking if you can drive there .

Excelent beds. Stayed in junior suite. It was clean and the room smelled good. The fridge was big enough to place several drinks. Air conditioning worked great. Wifi worked fine. ok speed of 50 mbits via wifi. Staff was nice. The spa was excellent. Nice restaurant with high class. Great garden with seating. Pool area was ok. Hotel was Nicely decorated with plants and art.

The breakfast was of sufficient quality. The food consisted of cheap food of poor quality. One disadvantage was that the pool bar closed an hour before the pool. The guy working at the bar seemed very shy. He should not work in a place that is about providing good service.

The beds were comfy, the safety deposit box was free to use. Air-conditioning worked great and was very welcome during our stay last week as the weather was exceptionally hot. Breakfast nice though it didn't vary at all.

We paid extra for a pool view room but there was no balcony to enjoy it from, only a juliet balcony which was of no use whatsoever. The hotel information should make this clear. Also there was no evening entertainment most nights during our stay, We were told that a singer who usually appears on Wednesday and Friday was on holiday. I'm sure they could have got a replacement!

The swimming pool should be open it was still hot and me and my partner + the Boys from Pollok united from Scotland were disappointed that couldn’t go for a swim. We were there last year and was open. The only alternative was to use the sauna and jacuzzi down stairs but have to pay 22 Euros a day I think for residents considering the pool was closed should have been free. Can’t believe pool is only open 4 months a year. We are going back next year with the 14 footballers from Scotland for the tournament but may not stay in La Laguna hotel for that reasons. Apart from that hotel staff and the whole stay was 5 stars. Mr Rodrigues

Very friendly staff made check in easy. Didn't need them for much more but they were always great when we did. Rooms are a nice size, a/c is perfect and a nice little terrace. Fridge is also an added bonus. Hotel is lovely. We weren't there on holiday so didn't take full advantage of all facilities

No real complaints but the corridors are a hundred degrees. Really noticeable when you step out of your room. Didn't have dinner there as it looked overly fancy for what we wanted, but i'm sure it was great for those who did. Small detail but why don't you sell Spanish beer on draft? So many great beers around but the hotel has Heineken & Amstell??

We can't really complain about anything. We didn't use the pool but it was a lovely pool, just a bit crowded as you would expect at this time of year. The spa was very good. The room was very comfortable and the air conditioning very effective. The entertainment on Friday night in the bar is not to be missed. This was our third time staying in this hotel and Friday night in the bar has been one of the main reasons for going back. We hope to go there again this time with a couple of friends.

Maybe the breakfast could have been improved a bit - better selection of bread maybe, cooked breakfast included scrambled and fried eggs, beans, little sausages and bacon. It would have been improved with the inclusion of tomatoes, mushrooms, black and white pudding etc. I would have been happy to pay extra for that. Breakfast is my favourite meal of the day, This is only a suggestion and I know it would entail having more hot containers to hold the additional food as mentioned and space is a bit tight. all in all there wasn't much at all we didn't like.

Excellent breakfast. Had lunch x1 and evening meal x1 which were also excellent. We were attending our friends wedding at the hotel and this was excellent aswell. Our room was clean and housekeeping came daily and they were very pleasant too. Reception staff very friendly and helpful.

We would have liked to be able to have our own drinks around the pool aswell as buying them from the pool bar. On one night in the bistro, one member of staff was not as welcoming as all the other staff had been on our previous visits there.

Excellent breakfast!!! Excellent location and convenient parking.

The floor of the room was not cleaned properly. The bed is vast but the sheets are too narrow and short!!! After we asked they replaced it once but the next day they again put the narrow ones. There is no toilet paper dispenser and it is placed on the sink surface. They do not refill soap and shampoo in the dispensers, nor toilet paper - you have to go to reception. There is not always an answer at reception despite the presence of two receptionists! I had to go down to be answered. The design comes at the expense of practicality - the bedside tables may be designed but cover the sockets. It would be advisable to add English news sites.

Breakfast had fresh fruit, olives, etc. Platters with Manchego, chorizo and other local cured meats. The restaurant "Botanico" also served lunsj and dinner. We tried it out and were very satisfied. Courses faithful to Spanish tradition but upscale and with a global twist. The hotel grounds sported an area with a free-form lagoon style pool and also a bar. Palm trees everywhere.

It was quite difficult to get a taxi on demand, but that was hardly the hotel's fault. The staff were really helpful, though. All blame on the taxi company/companies.

Comfortable bed, delicious and well presented dinners at half board option. Great location and facilities although all are at extra costs and not much discount as a hotel guest. Very fun entertainment on Wednesday night live music with gorgeously energetic singer! Thank you

The need to hear a swimming cap in the spa. Totally unnecessary and over the top. It’s an extra fee €3 that’s just an extra sneaky way of financing. There was card yo let the cleaning services know not to come in for towel and bedsheets change, not very eco friendly. Swimming pool was closed in December.
