The breakfast was your standard continental buffet, bacon and eggs were made when wanted. It was very quiet as we were the only couple for 5 days, the pool area is beautiful and lovely. We had fresh towels when the room was cleaned the bed was just remade and sprayed with fragrance. Could of used a few more coat hanger in the wardrobe, not having a TV in the room was a drawback as not everyone want to sit in the sofa area where there’s a camera just gives you a feeling and makes you little uncomfortable. There was air con and use of a safe in your wardrobe, there is also an honesty fridge stocked with drinks to help yourself, overall we had a amazing time exploring the area and meeting people in the evening over dinner.

Harold and Chantel were lovely and friendly hosts! I was staying alone for the week in the B&B and loved my stay. The breakfast was pleasant, the option to have some bacon and egg was nice. The pool was lovely and the I spent most of my time lounging around there :) Its a very short walk into Quesada town/shops etc (around 6-7 minutes) so perfect for someone who doesn't have a car whilst in Spain like myself. My only criticism really was when I arrived I was put into the smallest room which was very dark and small, I did however ask after 3 days to be moved into a bigger brighter room and was told none were available however after requesting this again after some people leaving I was offered to go in a bigger room which was naturally a bit brighter. I felt the room on the booking.com advert did not match what was offered when I arrived however not to forget it is classed as a B&B not a hotel. Only other thing that would be nice is a TV in the rooms, however was not a deal breaker!

No TV however I was aware of this before staying at CASA ALMENDROS, and size/darkness of room (originally).

Breakfast was in a word "FABULOUS", this is all due to Lucia who made it even more than just a meal. Eggs cooked to order with croissants that were more delicious than any we got in France. Charcuterie that included Iberico Jamon, Italian Salami, and many of my favorite cheeses. Fresh fruit and yogurt everywhere all accompanied by excellent coffee, fresh orange juice and a gorgeous courtyard to eat it on. But Lucia made us feel like we were truly welcome and appreciated.

The rooms were clean and fully functional, but very small. The bathroom and shower were very nice sized. But the bed area was small and cramped for a queen-sized bed and would have been better served for a full or twin in the room. There was a VERY small refrigerator in the room and we were not allowed to store anything in common area fridge (Chantelle made that abundantly clear). Being there for 4 nights ... cramped but manageable. A week or more, no we would have selected another location.

Harold and Chantal have an excellent bed and breakfast villa with a private pool for the guests/ hot tub/ sauna. Breakfasts were very good. There is a honesty drinks fridge for guests with very fair prices( n.b. ) these have to be paid for in cash before you leave.Nothing was too much trouble for them and Lucia. We left early on Tuesday morning and they even provided us with filled sandwiches for the flight. Would definitely recommend to anybody visiting the area. Paul/Chris and family.

The interior had been completely renovated and so was modern and comfortable. It’s in a residential neighborhood and it was very peaceful and quiet.

The particular room that I had (#2) on the first floor had a window that looked into a back alley of the property. So it didn’t have a few, and it also did not have much light. I felt like I was staying in a basement. I don’t know if all the rooms are on the first floor, but from the photos, it appeared that the rooms were light and airy, and that was not the case for me.

The property was immaculate and had everything we needed. The pool and breakfast area are beautiful and well maintained. The pool area was lit up beautifully for a late night swim. The location is perfect, within easy walking distance of all the restaurants and bars. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming and breakfast was superb. We would definitely recommend this hotel and we can’t wait to stay again.

The only negative I could say is that the bathroom door was glass/transparent when using the toilet.

The whole villa was beautiful, and spotless. Our room and bathroom was beautifully decorated, incredibly clean and air conditioned, the bed was so comfortable and we even had our own fridge and coffee machine inside our room. The bathroom was great, lots of storage space and again very clean. Breakfast was amazing, lots of choice and both the juice and food was fresh and everything was tasty, we were also asked every morning if we wanted any bacon and egg freshly cooked for us. The pool area was lovely and quiet and there was plenty of space for all the guests to relax all around the pool and bar area and still have some space from one another. We had to check out early on the last stay so we missed breakfast so Harold kindly made us a packed lunch to take with us to the airport. Harold and Chantal are lovely and accommodating, it felt like a very personal experience, they thought of absolutely everything and clearly really care about their customers. We have recommended their lovely bnb to all of our friends and family, and we can’t wait to come back!

We cannot fault this place at all and will be returning with friends next year and more years to come

Lovely pool area and outdoor space with pool towels available. Dutch owners Chantal and Harold are friendly and helpful, and have everything very organised - 'it does exactly what it says on the tin'! Breakfast buffet each morning with freshly cooked options (egg, bacon etc) available. Honesty bar with beer, wine and soft drinks. Plenty of free parking in a parking area right next to the B&B (although this was a public area, not inside the property) Easy walking distance to Ciudad Quesada with its shops and restaurants. Great value for money Would definitely recommend if looking for accommodation in Ciudad Quesada

One very minor negative - the door to the bathroom was glass and not totally opaque, would probably have preferred a more solid bathroom door!

A warm welcome on arrival, a fantastic location, a beautiful room with perfect beds and a great bathroom, breakfast was great and Lucia made great omelets. Harold and Chantal were great, friendly and felt right at home. Top accommodation, super central and enjoyed it immensely.

That we had to go home after a week, but we will definitely come back!!

Stunning villa with all facilities you would ever need , great location less than 10 minutes to centre Quesada high street. Pool area and garden were exceptional, breakfast had vast choices of everything you could ever need from cooked to continental.Owners Harold and Chantelle super friendly and so attentive couldn't do enough for you.
