Good selection for breakfast even though the area was full it was not uncomfortable. Best hotel hairdryer I’ve ever had in a hotel room, especially with having long hair. Due to us property hunting location was good, this was our third stay.

Nothing really

This is a nice hotel a bit away from the tourist attractions but still just a short walk from the port and marina. The hotel had a good breakfast for its size, and cleaning and other services were excellent. We stayed here for almost a week, and it was a great starting point for our various activities in the city. In summary, a very affordable hotel that I highly recommend.

As usual in Spain at this time of year (March/April), it gets a bit chilly indoors at night and early in the morning.

Manager at check in put us in room at back of the hotel. . Room 315 . View was a demolished building with cookers fridges basically a tip . . Not a city view asked to be moved by front of house staff . Met a strange silence. We will see what we can do . Nothing was done . .

We liked the location as we could walk everywhere. The staff were v friendly and helpful.

It is in a very convenient quiet location. Easy walking distance to the coast and restaurants etc. The bedroom was simple, but nice and clean and the bathroom was very good. Towels and toiletries replaced each day. The breakfast had lots of interesting foods to try and a fabulous selection of little pastries. The manager and staff were very welcoming. I became unwell half way through our trip. The hotel staff were so helpful and gave us directions to the local medical centre. We decided to fly home earlier. The night staff organised the taxi for us back to the airport and made sure we got off safely. I would like to return to Torrevieja again and would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel. Location was easy to find and park. They have a car park, 12 euros day. Free parking in the street. Staff very helpful. Room was a large double, with the bed even bigger than king size. Our room was 515. Had a lift so no problem. Fantastic buffet breakfast included. Easy walk to the promenade and beach. about 10/15 mins. Many bars and restaurants. Few shops to keep everyone happy. They have a Bar with drinks and snacks joined with the hotel.

No tea or coffee in room. Shower over bath a bit slippery. But won't stop us going back.

A very cosy hotel in the city centre. The staff is friendly and the room was clean, cleaned every day. The hotel was quiet, the walls didn't sound through and the bed was quite comfortable. The pool area and parking both seemed good, although we didn't use them. During the off-season it was possible to find a parking space nearby. There are also some good places to eat and parks nearby and the beach is within walking distance. At breakfast, I liked the croissants and the fact that lactose-free milk was available. Food selection was good, although I felt a lack of greens (cucumber, tomato, lettuce) while fruit was available.

Unfortunately we didn't have a balcony (there was only a french balcony) but otherwise we were very happy with the room. The pillow was very strange, there was one long pillow for two, which was not very comfortable. Breakfast was the same every day and for example the bacon and sausages were cold but overall everything was edible.

My room was comfortable and I had ample storage for clothing etc. Small fridge was very useful, as was the supplied, fixed safe and the supplied hair drier. Nice balcony over looking the street. Plenty towels were supplied, along with basic toiletries, ample bedding, power points and a good sized television with the choice of some in English. I would have liked tea / coffee facilities in my room, however, the bar downstairs was excellent and had a good choice of snacks available and very reasonable. A lift to all floors was good and staff were friendly and spoke English ! I never used the breakfast room as I was visiting family and ate out, but it was very well served. Excellent taxi service is available.

Tea / coffee facilities would be great. Better pillows, mine were lumpy, but ok for a short stay. More hangers please ! I could have asked but I coped. Parking was a bit of a challenge throughout the area.

The location was amazing. It was very central to everything and you could walk wherever you needed to go. Very handy for public transport which was frequent. The breakfast was a great continental selection with plenty of it.

Very minor but every time I moved in bed, the bedhead banged against the wall. The shower took a bit of getting used to as it had a life of its own. The towels changed daily, but often smelt of bleach.

I had a very comfortable room, and a quiet room on the side street, after I asked to be moved. Thank you Antonia. As I am a light sleeper, it was a great room. Also, all the staff are lovely & kind. The pool was better than expected with lots of sun loungers and quiet. Wonderful buffet breakfast....eggs/bacon, continental selection , and lots of pastries!!
