Very nice staff, The Bed was perfect, and there is only a fridge nothing more in the Royal Suite room. You can park in the Garage or outside there is enough space to park your car.

The bathtub is designed but isn't comfortable atcall and gives water all over the floor the shower door leaks water on the floor too. There wasn't thee or coffee in the room, it isn't spacious at all and I think this room is very overpriced for what you get, The hotel is in an industrial area so it doesn't aspect a nice view.

Room was basic, but functional. Fridge in the room, little noisy, we had to switch it off. Staff was very friendly. We only stayed for 3 nights.

Toilets in the reception room, and bar area were not working. Only one receptionist, who was working at reception and bar simultaneously. Breakfast was basic, only continental, no hot items. I believe this hotel was mainly used by workers working in that area, rather than tourist. Need car or taxi to go to centre. cost of taxi EUR 6-10, depend on destination.

The stay was really good, the staff were friendly, the breakfast was good with a good choice and the location was a good location near the main motorways. The room was comfortable, with a fantastic shower.

We would have liked more pillows, but to be fair, we didn't ask for any, which was our fault. The parking was good, apart from the exhaust dust which had collected where we parked our car, which got all over one of our bags, my t shirt and my shoes, which I unknowingly trampled from the garage to our room, and it got on the bed sheets off my bag.

Staff were generally nice and helpful , and the place was clean . Good parking and the place was quiet.. and cleaning was good .. near the main roads in and out ..

Quite far from the things you want to visit in the town . And was in an industrial estate . I needed some extra nights and it cost a lot .

This is my second stay at the hotel and the first one was in May. The hotel is clean, daily room cleaning, and the staff is friendly and welcoming.

It would be better if the rooms have some additions as a kettle. The breakfast price has increased to twelve euros, but there have been no improvements, and the available options do not worth the cost in my view.

Comfortable and clean. Perfect for an overnight stay before flying. Or it's an easy stay if you want to explore beautiful Elche. We always book a stay here before a flight to enjoy a bit of sightseeing and culture.

Nothing really. Appreciate there is a bar and vending machines but a kettle and cups in the room would be a bonus. Fridge in the room though is a useful addition.

Great value for money, very clean, excellent staff. Rooms lovely and spacious.

The rooms weren’t very sound-proofed. I could hear people in the boxing gym over the road, early in the morning and late at night, which disturbed my sleep. And I could hear people in other rooms moving around, all the time. Which is why I deducted a point and gave it a 9/10 otherwise it would have been a 10/10.

Location is great for an overnight stay for the airport. Also a lovely trip on the bus into the town to do some sightseeing. Wonderful shower, nice bar area and outdoor seating. Fridge a bonus if you want to chill anything. Good parking.

It can be noisy but that's probably as it's used by travellers to and from the airport.

The hotel is really comfortable and clean; the only problem is that it is far away from Elche historical center. It was okay for me as I had a car with me and I just spent a night. I went to the center by bus at night to see the lovely town center. The busses terminate early at night though.

We took Ubers to and from old town as too far to walk and no parking in old town and it proved v hard to get any type of taxi prepared to take us back to hotel which is on edge of an industrial estate
