Room was basic, but functional. Fridge in the room, little noisy, we had to switch it off. Staff was very friendly. We only stayed for 3 nights.

Toilets in the reception room, and bar area were not working. Only one receptionist, who was working at reception and bar simultaneously. Breakfast was basic, only continental, no hot items. I believe this hotel was mainly used by workers working in that area, rather than tourist. Need car or taxi to go to centre. cost of taxi EUR 6-10, depend on destination.

The stay was really good, the staff were friendly, the breakfast was good with a good choice and the location was a good location near the main motorways. The room was comfortable, with a fantastic shower.

We would have liked more pillows, but to be fair, we didn't ask for any, which was our fault. The parking was good, apart from the exhaust dust which had collected where we parked our car, which got all over one of our bags, my t shirt and my shoes, which I unknowingly trampled from the garage to our room, and it got on the bed sheets off my bag.

Great value for money, very clean, excellent staff. Rooms lovely and spacious.

The rooms weren’t very sound-proofed. I could hear people in the boxing gym over the road, early in the morning and late at night, which disturbed my sleep. And I could hear people in other rooms moving around, all the time. Which is why I deducted a point and gave it a 9/10 otherwise it would have been a 10/10.

Location is great for an overnight stay for the airport. Also a lovely trip on the bus into the town to do some sightseeing. Wonderful shower, nice bar area and outdoor seating. Fridge a bonus if you want to chill anything. Good parking.

It can be noisy but that's probably as it's used by travellers to and from the airport.

I liked the cleanliness, comfortable and spacious room, friendly staff, and fridge in the room, although it was a bit noisy so you might need to switch it off at night for more comfortable sleeping:).

Although it’s 2.5km out of the old city centre the hotel has a very good location, with bars and restaurants.within walking distance, also easy access to the autovía. We had a good size room with en-suite and found the hotel to be very clean and modern with good facilities.

Very accommodating, perfect for our needs. We stayed for one night after landing late at Alicante airport, and before heading off to visit family.

A little difficult to get a taxi for our onward journey, but the staff at the hotel were very helpful in trying to help!

The staff and the room were both fine, we had a great time seeing the sights of Elche.

The location of the hotel was on an industrial estate which was a 15-20 minute walk into Elche. Not too bad but a bit eerie walking back at night.

It was spacious, the staff were polite, helpful. Breakfast was good.

The bathroom light switch meant you turned the light on the the opposite side which made entering the bathroom a little awkward especially for me as a wheelchair user.

the location and the people working in there are friendly ,it a pleasured to be there , i thmnik i will re visit the place whenever i travel to elche

everything there is good ,the hotel is nice and clean the hospitality is also fantastic
