I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel la Posada, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the outstanding assistance I received from Eduardo . During my trip, I encountered a situation where I lost some shopping items, and the language barrier made it quite challenging to communicate my concerns. Eduardo went above and beyond to help me. Not only did they provide immediate translation services, but they also took the time to understand my situation fully. Their patience and kindness made a stressful situation much more manageable. They contacted the store on my behalf, ensuring that I was able to retrieve my lost items. What truly stood out was Eduardo's genuine willingness to help. They were attentive, understanding, and made me feel supported throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find such dedicated and compassionate service, and it made my stay at Hotel la Posada even more memorable. I highly recommend Hotel la Posada to anyone visiting the area, and I am especially thankful for Eduardo for their exceptional service. Thank you for making my experience so positive!

This was a 1 night stop-over ahead of an early flight the next day. The location is perfect for a 5 minute drive to the airport. The room was a good size and well maintained. We ate in the restaurant at night, and the food was superb. The staff were all very helpful, polite and professional. This was our second stay at La Posada, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again should the occasion arise.

Spanish plumbing. When other guests ran water, the noise was quite intrusive. Unfortunately, we had very early risers next to us, and the noise from the plumbing disturbed us at 4 in the morning. Not unique to this establishment.

My husband and I stayed here on Saturday night as we had a 5.45am flight home . The gentleman on reception was the nicest person . Very helpful and accommodating. Arranged a taxi for early pick up too. The room is basic but spotlessly clean , fridge, kettle and coffee maker . Supermarket directly opposite, and a wonderful bakery just up the road . perfect place for a stay for an early flight , we will definitely book again . 10 min taxi to departures €18 .

Helpful and friendly staff. Good value for the price. Very good wifi signal and speed. Nice restaurant with large variety of dishes on the menu. Comfortable and spacious room.

Our room was looking out onto the main street and was rather noisy as the window was not well insulated against sound. Teenagers sat on the patio furniture all night right under our window and were very loud. They were still there when we left at 5 am! If you can, ask for a room away from the main street.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times. It's about 5 minutes to the Alicante airport and there are several restaurants within easy walking distance to the hotel. This was our very best stay. Everything worked as expected and we could even get the TV in English. The showers were improved and the small refrigerator worked better than the last time we stayed. Not only is this hotel the best value in Torrellano it is now quite comfortable. We stay here twice a year when we fly out of the airport and now will not even consider looking at other hotels to stay at.

No disappointments with our stay this time and we will book again. We have stayed at every hotel in Torrellano and this one is by far the best value for price and comfort.

Friendly and helpful reception desk, close to the airport (4-5 min by car), comfortable beds, spacious bathroom, and friendly restaurant staff in the same building. Front desk can assist with reserving a taxi to the airport upon request.

You can hear people talking in the hallways. Had to open the windows for some air flow and people were quite loud from the other buildings. Taxi service charges a premium flat fee of 18 euros if you need to be at the airport between 12am-7am (Uber was not possible for us for our early morning flight).

Due to a delayed flight we arrived at Alicante Airport after our car hire company had closed. It was late, we were tired & needed somewhere to stay (collapse) for the night. The staff were fantastic, despite the time & them having their own technical issues with the computer system. The room was large and spotlessly clean. They gave us free bottles of water, we had breakfast the next morning & they phoned a taxi for us to get to the hire car.

We booked the hotel to be close to airport as our flight was early in the morning. So we booked something affordable without many expectations. The more we were surprised when we arrived, nice little hotel with superb restaurant, room was bigger than expected, clean and bed was very comfortable, we asked for early pick up w taxi (5.15h) which worked out perfect (10min drive). We had some time after arrival so we explored the surrounding a bit, supermarket around the corner, more important very nice cafe at the little plaza, w very good bakery, for sure a perfect place to stay before you fly out.

The Posada had everything we needed for an overnight stay close to the airport for an early morning departure. Dropped off car at the airport the evening before flying after checking in luggage at hotel and refuelling a few hundred yards away. Easy 2 stop bus ride to and from airport. Great value tapas in the bar of the posada. All the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The sounds travel, maybe we were over the kitchen, noise of dishwasher? But fortunately we were tired so it wasn’t too much of a problem.

It’s a great family run Hostal, with very good staff. Fabulous restaurant on site, with first class food at a reasonable price, and excellent waiting staff. The restaurant does get busy with locals so get there early. The cleanliness of the whole place is amazing. Our go to choice when travelling from/to Alicante Airport.
