The position of the hotel was excellent, next to the park, close to the beach, bars and restaurants and shops. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It looked like there had been a flood in the bathroom, the door was swollen and cracked, but, they had substantially reduced the price of the room to compensate for the bathroom, so no problem.

I don't think there was anything we didn't like, except maybe the cockerels and peacocks, in the park, calling early in the morning 😵 😂😂 But thats nature and they were lovely to see.

Location excellent, beautiful park close by and beach a few minutes walk away. This hotel would be so much more if the staff were to be friendly. We put it down to either bad management as they all seem miserable. Aircon in room didn't work and woke up cold in the night as only a sheet on the bed. Found duvet in wardrobe in the morning.

Unhappy staff. Not happy in their job. Not their fault.

it’s in a great location as short walk from town. A lovely park to one side .friendly staff .Breakfast was good . lots of free parking around the hotel .The man on reception did us a picnic as we had a very early start on our final night .

no water cup food and drink left in fridge from last that stayed . Very low water pressure in the bath sink hardly enough to brush your teeth .In this day and age people need internet in rooms ,some places near window we had none ,and the speed was very low My wife found a clump of hair in our bed late on our first night .It was not from the sheets being dirty ,it was from the hair being picked up on washing or drying.It was big enough for the bed makers to see .My wife wears glasses and she saw it without them .

Very nice staff, large, clean rooms, maybe not super modern, but cozy and bright. The balcony is great, the sound of the sea can be heard, the park opposite the hotel is sensational, but if you like deep silence, this is not the hotel for you. Peacocks and roosters are very loud from the retinue, according to us, it has its own charm and it didn't bother us at all.

Breakfast, basically the same every day, no wholegrain bread, only white bread, no vegetables, only fruit which for a person who does not like sweet and fruit for breakfast was a big minus you can also forget about eating dinner at the hotel, too bad luckily we have the Just eat app

Lovely breakfast buffet, with warm and cold food. Fresh juices and fruit. Best coffee ever! Nice room with good large beds. Always hot water in the shower, and a nice balcony. And only 5 min. walk to the beach! And we parked on the streets for free. We stayed for 5 days, and loved it!

When looking at the recommendations of previous guests we were a bit reserved when coming to the hotel, but everything was very good, and the receptionist that met us was especially accommodating and kind! We had a nice room with balcony!

Breakfast was a well supplied continental breakfast and the entire ground floor of the hotel was beautiful. The room on the other hand was very dated, fridge didn't work, TV removed from the bedroom (we had a duplex unit so the bedroom was accessed via a spiral stair case), no shower curtain (so luckily plenty of towels. We had a great and very large balcony with a partial sea view and a view of the park. On street parking was easy and as a location it couldn't have been better. A stones throw from the beach, all the shops you need and some great places to eat all around.

Room, including the bathroom was very over due a re-fit, but it suited us for what we needed. it looked as if things had been broken in the room and not replaced over years.

Fabulous location, just across the road from a lovely municipal park with all kinds of wild birds, free to roam, a children's play area and lovely paths through the park. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk from the beach. Lovely room. So much to see and do in Guardamar, including a huge natural park which has several routes through of various lengths. Also a lovely marina and you can walk all the way to the little lighthouse to see the local fishermen out fishing. A beautiful place all round, wish I could have stayed longer.

It was a shame that there was building work going on at the building next door, so some noise and dust, but didn't bother me too much as I didn't spend too much time in there during the day. No tea or coffee making facilities as I had to bring my own kettle. There was a little fridge which was really handy.

Hotel closed and in darkness when we arrived on time at 9pm...had to ring emergency number .to gain access (mild panic) staff arrived 15mins.later...not ideal... No shower curtains available in winter apparently...no tea/ coffee making facilities... Although we made the best of it in the end there seems to be minimal facilities available in the winter months...

Good size room and cleaned well.close to town ,and bars. Excellent value for money. Ask for bacon and fried Eggs if wanted as not on display .

Bar shut all time ,and shortage of staff, But the staff there certainly worked hard and obliging when asked.

The bar staff in the evening were great. There was a particular girl who was waiting tables on Friday evening and she was serving breakfast on Sunday morning. Dark straight hair and glasses. She was really lovely and very helpful. The two young gentlemen behind reception who checked me in on Friday were really lovely, very polite and especially helpful. The hotel is an older style that is in the process of renovation, although very close to the beach and exceptional value
