Fantastic welcome from the friendly reception staff. The room was well equipped - hallelujah a kettle and a fridge! Great shower and a good hairdryer. Nice comfy bed and enough of a sea view from the reasonable sized balcony. Handy private parking across the road for only 10€ a day. A mistake was made with my final bill which was rectified immediately I contacted the hotel. Superb customer service.

We had a drink in the Sky Bar which is a great location, but the staff were a bit offhand. It was a shame because otherwise our experience here was great.

The location right on the sea-front is marvellous. The sea views are spectacular. Every room has a balcony and you can drift off to sleep to the sound of the breaking waves. Choose your room for the view that you want, straight out to sea or along the coast. A renovation at the end of 2024 has made the hotel even smarter than before. In a word, it sparkles. The staff are unfailingly helpful. There is a Spa and a swimming pool, neither of which I have tried and the roof-top Sky Bar, where you can sip your drink and savour the sea views. The hotel restaurants are excellent- there's an eastern fusion one, Nam and a Spanish one El Jardin. I prefer the food style of El Jardin, but both offer superb cooking, with extraordinary attention to getting everything just right. The wine list is comprehensive and very well chosen. Service is helpful and highly professional. These are gourmet restaurants. Breakfast is excellent; everything you could want from bacon and egg to cold cuts, to fruit and cereal. Breads and pastries are delicious. Overall, this is my favourite hotel in Guardamar. Certainly not the cheapest, but I think it is good value and a hotel I'm always happy to return to.

Unusually for me, there is nothing about this hotel that I don't like.

Great comfortable beds & hotel lovely a quiet gated swimming pool across the road we both really relaxed.Fabulous views from the sky bar on the 5th floor the beach across the road with a 12 minute walk to more bars & resturants however excellent resturants very near too with a supermarket within a stones throw. It is such a lovely boutique style hotel looking forward to staying again. Excellent staff always welcomed you with a smile and a hello on the reception.

Nothing to dislike it was a great mini break

The cleanliness was superb, and the staff were lovely. The view was gorgeous. I think that the room could have a little more storage for the suitcases, it was a tight squeeze to share the wardrobe.

To be picky I think a lack of drinking water easily available is something to be addressed. A water barrel on the bar would be lovely. I also noticed a lack of vegetarian choice in the half board menus and no mains salad.

Surprisingly nice hotel considering the location and pricing plan. Really helpful, cheerful staff, very obliging. We had a problem with the lock on our door late in the evening which had to be replaced and whilst waiting for an emergency locksmith we were given free drinks by way of apology - much appreciated Secure car parking a bonus and a fabulous beach just 50 yards away

Slightly remote from town centre, bars, resturants etc

Very nice breakfast, good choice and all refilled constantly. Rooms and bathrooms modern and clean. Excellent location for the beach and many Restaurant options

Pool area is good and clean but a bit small for the number of guests and at busy times of the day there weren‘t enough sunbeds

We had visited this hotel on several occasions previously we had a side view but it was very good and you could see the sea, the hotel is spotless and the staff very friendly

Bigger cups in the room for our morning coffee and there was no Spanish beers which was disappointing

A good sized room and bathroom. Good to be able to see the sea and the beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent, though rather expensive if you only wanted a small amount.

The Mediterranean menu was limited and unfortunately not to our taste, particularly starters and mains. Desserts were delicious. Also it was very expensive. This meant we ate elsewhere for the majority of a meals.

Perfect location for beach, restaurants, bars and local amenities. Staff were helpful, polite, accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was well presented with a variety of healthy choices and the restaurant food was exceptional.

Not so much didn’t like but the lift was quite small.

Beach front location, rooftop bar , friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed, great shower. The little fridge is a useful addition.

A bit noisy, could hear talking in adjacent rooms etc. Bed in on wheels so it slides away if you lean against the head board
