The location is close to the airport, easy to reach by taxi (< 10€). There is also a public bus from/to the airport once an hour, but the bus schedule is not completely dependable. A taxi stand is near the bus stop close to the hostel, so I suggest first waiting for the bus and then taking a taxi if the bus does not come in a timely manner. The room and bath were very simply furnished, but functional and clean. I left very early so I did not have breakfast at the hostel (not included).

Noise from incoming flights was not intense, but audible. My room had a window to an inner court which is not picturesque. These things did not really bother me for my one night stay to catch an early flight.

To be honest I wasn’t aware they offered breakfast, it was a bonus when I saw the menu card. Saved me searching around for somewhere at that time in the morning. I thought the breakfast was fine, tasted nice and set me up for the day.

I know it’s down to personal preference with mattress and sleeping, but I found the mattress a bit firm, also due to the location and due to the fact I struggled to sleep the outside traffic added to that. I’m sure if I was using that type of mattress my body would adjust, it’s just a personal preference thing.

Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom had a nice shower with both hot and enough cold water.

The room wasn't so sound proof (1st floor) and you could hear very clearly people speaking in the reception. Also some guys (maybe staff?) were talking loudly and making noise with things late at night which made it difficult to fall asleep.

The Staff are very friendly and accomodating. They speak english. We have daily room service, the aircondition is working on temperature that one wished to have. Near supermarkets, restaurants and bakery. The Bus station are just a wall away, but due to limited number of trips,we opted to rent a car for convinience. Available parkings on the street. Airport is just nearby with a taxi around 13-15€.

The breakfast buffet would be a good deal,but i could understand why it was on portion basis.

Staff were very helpful. Nice room and en suite bathroom. Very comfortable and perfect for the night before a flight from the Alicante airport. Location is only a short way to the airport and was nice and quiet. Room matched the photos and description.

The only minor thing was that a mini shower gel or a shower gel container attached to the wall was not provided in the bathroom. However hand and bath soaps were.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room had everything you needed was clean and spacious. However the surrounding area was lacing in restaurants but mainly due to the time we arrived. The next morning a number of very good cafes were open.

It's one of the best hosts and apartments! Helps us with everything we need, very nice, cozy, enough space in the apartment and around. There is a nice backyard with sunbeds and a sitting place where you can spend time and relax! Special thanks for water, ice cream and other good things which I found inside and was very happy, because I didn't have the possibility to buy before the check-in. The place around is quiet, with a lot of trees and golf fields.

Everything was very good!

Lovely room, bright, clean and large bathroom. Bus to airport was very close as was a supermarket. The deal included breakfast - which looked like it would have been a buffet.

Unfortunately I had to leave at 6am and missed the buffet breakfast. If you want to eat out, best to do this in Alicante. I was a solo traveller, but had to pay for a twin room with no reduction.

The shower in room worked well,an essential in Spain. The breakfast was good,Spanish tom's on toast,coffee and sweet cakes. a fridge full of ice cold drinks and water. The location was ideal for my needs,very Spanish locally,good food,tapas,a few shops,good coffee everywhere and very few tourists,20 minutes walk to an outstanding clean beach and within minutes of the airport.

There was nothing to dislike or worry over, I hope the price will be negotiable when I next contact Hose' at the Hostal Meseguer for my 2nd stay

Needed a quick overnight stop before an early flight for me and my three kids. The room was simple but had all we needed. Very friendly staff even though we arrived late and left very early the next day. It was perfect for our needs and only a 7-8 minute taxi ride to the airport. The receptionist gave us an early morning wake up call and organised our taxi. Good all round experience - thoroughly recommend
